The experience of staying at Soul Asia was amazing. All the room facilities are very well organized and clean. The atmosphere in the room is amazing with everything perfectly prepared. The team here is the best, friendly and very helpful.
Especially, I would like to thank Ms. Sasvin who greeted us upon check-in.
She was very kind, gave us many useful suggestions on how to get to KLCC, using the train and great places to eat on the second day. When we were leaving, she also gave us a New Year's gift, which was very touching. Thank you very much for the excellent service, and we will definitely come back here

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

We stayed at Cozy Hotel for 5 nights, and it was incredible. The room was clean, and thank you for the staff Moshammof and Rafiq, they were very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back again to KL and Cozy Hotel, terimong genaseh☺️🥰

If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as a mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took Grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel, spacious and comfortable room with city views, large bathroom with big mirrors and a shower. Well-kept and beautiful lobby, and a rooftop with a pool to unwind from the hustle and bustle of KL. Definitely highly recommended.

The location is next to Merdeka MRT, which is really convenient if you want to go to Bukit Bintang MRT and the city center. It is within walking distance to China town Petaling, which offers great food and a joyful night market. The room is big with a big screen TV.

The room was very spacious, with cool air conditioning and excellent soundproofing. The pool view was also beautiful. The food was quite tasty, although not a wide variety, and the hotel area was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

I stayed on the 39th-4th floor. So far the most comfortable place to stay here while in Malaysia. Went with my parents, they were comfortable and recommended it to the family. Close to everywhere, whether you take public transportation or Grabcar, it's safe. Close to McD, minimarkets and you must try the durian at Fruitastic KL City Walk, the staff is honest, the taste is the best, sweet, fresh. If I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here. 🥰

The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys
Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
