I had a great stay. Staff were courteous, 1-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing too. This hotel is nearby many food options as well as minimarts and a supermarket. Parking is free and aplenty. Would stay here again given the chance.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

The check-in process was fast and easy and we we were in our room just a short while after arriving. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel with the Kerinchi LRT Station just right beside it made it very convenient to travel to any area in the Klang Valley. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Extremely great value. A well kept hotel in an unbelievably good location for the traveler, easy walking to sentral travel hub. From the hub the high speed train provides a 20 minute transfer to both airports. Staff are ultra friendly and extremely helpful with information about the city, what to do, and how to get there. The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys
Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
