My stay at the hotel was absolutely memorable, and I want to give a special thanks to Nga and Dat at the front desk. From the very first moment I arrived, they welcomed me with such warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. They were not only professional and efficient in helping with every request, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
It’s rare to meet staff who leave such a lasting impression, but Nga and Dat truly did. Their positive energy and thoughtful service turned an ordinary stay into a wonderful experience that I will always remember. I am deeply grateful for their support and kindness, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I look forward to returning soon, knowing I’ll be greeted by such amazing people.

My family was very satisfied when staying at the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and took care of everything, the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view, the TV in the room could play YouTube. I've had the best experience staying there for my business trip. The location is spot on, near a convenience store, lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel also has a newly opened coffee shop. Front desk staff & security guys are super nice & helpful, always smiling! Definitely recommended if you want a cozy, clean & reasonable price in the city center.

Location on a quiet street, near the delicious Thi restaurant, there are many shops around so you don't have to worry about lacking food, you can walk to the beach. Friendly and careful staff, my family bought fruit and asked them to keep it, the staff put it in the bar fridge to preserve it without me asking. Spacious room, TV with radio, full internet. Good soundproofing, ok air conditioner.
