The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!

We love how Lucky, the evening female receptionist, treated us like her parents. She shared some cookies with us because we were at the hotel during the mid-autumn festival. She was so lovely and bubbly, always bearing with her an exceptional customer oriented service. Wishing her the best of luck!
We also took a day trip with the help of a male staff, who shared a detailed info on which trip to take without pushing us too much to buy.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!

The staff is English speaking and the hotel is at a very good location with walking distance to all night good cafes, shopping streets, or the infamous train street! The staff is very accommodating and they even have a free jacuzzi to relax after a tired and hot day!

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too—it’s close to many popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes, which made exploring the city super easy. The Urban Quarter Hanoi
The hotel is in a great position. I can walk everywhere I wanted, and I can park my motorbike there 24/7. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly: Nam, Linh, and Khanh. The room was cleaned every day. I will always choose this hotel when I go to Hanoi.
