[No Cancellation After Ticket Purchase] Due to regulations imposed by the Japanese organizers, tickets cannot be canceled after purchase. However, tickets can be transferred to others. Strictly no refunds provided.

【Fri-Sun・Mar.20 Admission Ticket】Tickets for this plan can be used for admission on Friday to Sunday and Japanese national holidays (excluding Mar.22, 29, Apr 5, and 12) during the exhibition period. Mar.22,29, Apr 5, and 12 are special days, and those who purchase this plan cannot enter.
[Specified days/limited admission to March 22 (Sat), March 29 (Sat), April 5 (Sat), and April 12 (Sat)] Tickets can be redeemed on the selected day on March 22 (Sat), March 29 (Sat), April 5 (Sat), April 12 (Sat) Admission on specific dates. Other tickets do not allow entry, so please confirm the ticket type before purchasing. Apart from situations where the event is suspended or canceled based on the decision of the organizers, it is not possible for tickets to be refunded or changed.
Limits on the number of visitors are being enforced in accordance with measures to prevent the spread . *If the limit on the number of visitors is exceeded, it may not be possible to enter the venue even with advance tickets. Furthermore, there is a possibility that a limit will be placed on the number of tickets available for sale at the venue on the day of entry.
Final entry to the venue for this event is 9:00 pm. Depending on the length of the entrance queue, the final reception time for entry may be earlier than 9:00 pm. In that case, please be aware that even visitors with advance tickets may not be able to enter.
It is not possible to attend the event using membership cards for entrance to Nijo-jo Castle (benefits for Nijo-jo Castle Owners' Fundraising Campaign/Kyoto Citizen's Annual Passport).
The exhibition venue for this exhibition is limited to the area designated by the organizer, and the ticket does not include admission to the Ninomaru Palace.
Please refrain from bringing your pets and do not use tripods in the venue.
Additional paid items are available at the exhibition venue.
Please purchase the special admission day tickets to enter the park during the peak cherry blossom season on March 22 (Sat), March 29 (Sat), April 5 (Sat), and April 12 (Sat). March to April is the peak tourist season in Kyoto. Traveloka recommends that travelers avoid the weekends when there are more crowds and visit on weekdays.
The flowering conditions of spring cherry blossoms vary from year to year due to the climate. Please pay attention to this. If the flowering conditions are not as expected, you cannot request a refund or exchange of tickets on this basis. Please be aware.
