HOW TO CORRECT A FLIGHT PASSENGER NAME

How to Correct a Flight Passenger Name

Before submitting the Adjust Passenger Name request, we recommend that you check your airline’s policy as follows:

Vietnam Airlines

Vietjet Air

Bamboo Airways

Vietravel Airlines

Changing Passenger Name

Vietnam Airlines does not apply a change name policy for all ticket classes.

Name Correction

- Excess/ Missing Vietnamese middle name: VAN or THI (Example: LE SY--> LE VAN SY)
Change within 01 character (eg: LE VAN SI -> LE VAN SY)
Correct gender or title error (eg: TRAN/THANH VAN MR => TRAN/THANH VAN MS)
- Change the name that is recognized in writing by the host country's government
- Error due to abbreviation
- Change the sequence of name without adding or subtracting characters, for example:

Correct name:

Last name: LE; Middle name and First name: VAN SY
