Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

This hotel used to be my go-to each time I visited Sydney. However, the last visit left a very bitter taste in my mouth and as such, I will not stay there any longer.The only great thing about my experience was the lovely lady called Kaoka, who checked me in. The rest of my stay was quite dismal. The room was never cleaned on the two mornings, cleaners were pretty rude when they came in the afternoon to clean, charging for water, tiny room, the young staff were a bit unfriendly.
