Great location but with very limited parking. We had a room in the basement so pretty dark and the lighting in the bathroom was practically non-existent

This hotel was wonderful. Only small complaint was it took our hot water about 10-15 minutes to get hot. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay! Very attentive.

When I arrived, I had trouble with the digital key and virtual check in process. At the time there was nobody at the front desk. I except any hotel to have staff available for check in. That being said, Sophia was most helpful, courteous and came to our room to show us how to use the air conditioning controls. Also, for the price paid I was expecting daily maid service to change towels and sheets and empty garbage bins in the bathroom and bedroom areas. While it was posted on the hotel website that room cleaning was every two days and towels and sheets could be had on request, I believe daily service would be more in keeping with a hotel of this distinction. Breakfast was quite adequate in the lounge with many choices, it would have been nice to have access to the specialty coffee making machine throughout the day. Also noted that from day to day food debris and crumbs on the carpet were not vacuumed up. Over all , however the room appointments such as bedding, pillows and decor were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a lovely stay. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I would return again. Regards, J.L.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel location within the walled part of the city makes for easy access to sites. The staff were very helpful.

We could not have been luckier to find Manor d’Auteil for our Old Quebec three night stay. Beautiful, clean, boutique hotel that included a lovely breakfast each morning. I hope we can return again someday!

What should we say other than this little boutique treasure is the greatest! The staff is so responsive and responsive to every request. We had a sudden problem in our room and the staff moved us to an even larger room! The breakfast is standard French fare but fresh and tasty as a buffet. Ample public parking is steps away, and we were no more than 5 minutes from the promenade, the walled fortress, shopping, and the very best restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!!!!!

The Hotel was good. Unfortunately there was a few things we didn't like. The parking was terrible. Breakfast was not good. We had to use our cell phones as keys to get into our room, maybe this is a new thing hotels are going with.

Clean, quiet, right in the heart of Old Quebec. Yummy freshly baked croissant for breakfast daily.

The air conditioning did not work during our stay. Luckily the evening was cool so opening a window made the room comfortable. Also we had trouble getting back in the hotel after hours because we were not given a key code. But other that that the hotel is charming and in a perfect location for exploring the city.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff and beautiful decor. Clean rooms and fab breakfast overlooking the courtyard. 10/10 — 4 th floor walk up only con if your suitcase is heavy.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us and what we wanted to do and see in Quebec City. The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly desk staff. Convenient to all key points of old QC. The private car park in back alley was a prime benefit. Wonderful stay.

This was the perfect location for exploring QC. The accommodations were excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others and would stay again.

This boutique hotel is lovely. Its location is perfect close to all old Quebec has to offer. The only thing that I was upset about was that they don’t offer room refresh. ie; make the bed and clean towels only every other day. I requested fresh towels early in the morning on day two and I received them at 6pm after several texts asking. The evening desk clerk finally brought them to me and offered a complimentary beverage which he brought to my room.
