I would like to have more restaurant options and more seating availability. When we arrived to the hotel, we could not dine in our preferred restaurants because the reservations were already full. Also, I had to call several times for room service to refill the fridge in my room. We were told to call for soda, water, beer, and peanuts refill at any time during our stay. At the end, they just brought water.

I love the swim up bar and pool. The for options could be better. However the MEAT restaurant was amazing. Food was wonderful! Carlos was a great help with booking dinner reservations. Resort was absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. We went towards the ending of June. At times there was rain during our trip, but it didn't last long. The staff was great and we loved the restaurant MEAT. Would definitely go back!

The resort itself is beautiful and very clean, and a few staff members were friendly. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. For starters, there was no tour or orientation when we arrived, so we were completely lost at first trying to find restaurants, pools, and other amenities. It took a lot of asking around and wandering to get the hang of it. The biggest issue was the food. The buffets were extremely lackluster—most dishes lacked flavor or had a weird taste, and some seemed questionable in terms of food safety. I witnessed cross-contamination when ordering chicken (raw and cooked items on the same grill), and some burgers were barely cooked, then just tossed back on the grill to finish. Breakfast was disappointing too, with limited variety and virtually no Dominican food at all—no yuca, no mangu, nothing local. Yurta was the only restaurant we actually enjoyed. The rest were just average at best (5/10). Service at the restaurants was hit-or-miss. Some servers were attentive, but others completely disappeared. We often waited 15–20 minutes just to get a drink refill. On the bright side, the bartenders were great—friendly and fast. Honestly, bartending seemed to be the one area they truly excelled in. We loved everything about our stay! The staff was fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was great at all the restaurants we tried. Meat, the Greek, Maiko and the sports bar were delicious. We felt safe the entire trip and the staff was so helpful.

The property is beautiful. However, we were very surprised about the mounds of seaweed on the beach, which we had not read about in any reviews, and this really did not align with our expectations of a pristine white sand beach. We understand this is not the fault of the resort, but it is dramatic - hard to swim and smelly - and we would not have come at this time of year if we had known. The staff were not as friendly as we would expect, and our room smelly distinctly mouldy. The Limbo restaurant was weird and the food was not good. The food in the buffet was good and we liked the Italian restaurant and the fish market restaurant, which had a beautiful setting right on the beach! The activities were also few and far between. We had to ask many many times before someone could direct us to the bikes, and the kayaks were not well advertised and then it was too windy to take them out. The yoga is just stretching on the beach for 20 minutes, not a yoga class in the gym as indicated in the photo on the website. Felix in the gym is very friendly, and the entertainment staff were enthusiastic, but the serving staff seemed a bit distant and it took us a while to feel comfortable.

We loved the friendliness and the food. The staff were super helpful as well. Don’t forget to research seaweed season before you book!

I absolutely loved everything about our stay at the property. We stayed 3 nights and I wished we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and definitely made us feel special. The V.I.P perks were a plus, everything was so beautiful and magical.

Our stay was good. Every time we entered the room though it smelled of mildew and mold. That was the only thing not great about it.

I loved the swim-up suite. That was the best part of the stay. The cleanliness of the room and amenities was top notch. The stay was friendly all of the hotel. The food and drinks were not a great but I appreicated the options.

Nothing was open 24 hours

This Resort was outstanding, went for my birthday July 17-25 and had a ball. Meet some great people and partied at the pool everyday from 9 am until it closed. The Pool staff was outstanding, the events were outstanding and the drinks were great. We even partied in the rain during one of the night events. I WILL return again soon.
