What an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The facilities are undeniably luxurious and classy, and the staff are friendly and very helpful even after checking out. One of the things we experienced here was leaving our luggage because we wanted to go to the mall first, as the hotel is connected to the mall. It would have been a shame to have to go straight home, and the staff were still very friendly and helpful, truly 5-star. ššš»š
