Location : excellent, in front of
a busy shoppings street , with everything close by
Transportation : We have a car so don t use public transport and the paying parking is just beside the hotel ( operated by hotel ) tower parking , you enter your car and it close the door and whisked your car up
Room and Bathroom are very spacious and contemporary with hand held and rain shower
Amenities sufficient ( always with sleeper and pajamas )
Staff : always excellent like the norm in Japan
One thing to improve ; a coin laundry machine in the hotel will be very practicle

If staying in Naha, you can’t beat this central location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Stussy and Paul Smith right at the back. Parking tower is staffed. Nice and convenient spa, Spacious room, diverse breakfast, and oh! Free drinks in fridge composed of Orion beer, Orion Wata, and tea cans.

All you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Location is good at the busiest shopping district in Naha. Comes with free minibar and all the great toiletries. If you need anything else, there is always Lawson 20m away. Service is great and staff are very friendly and professional. Parking is available (not too sure if it is free) but unlikely one needs to drive since the whole shopping district is already there for you.

All the staff in the hotel were helpful and nice. However, the lounge can have a few improvements.

Loved our short stay in this hotel. It was very luxurious for the price and clean. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it felt very spacious despite being in such a central part of the city where hotels are usually smaller in size. I loved that the bathroom, shower, and sink area are all separated. The minibar is complimentary with free refills everyday which is such a plus! I would come back again.

It was a spacious hotel room, right off of the market street with shops and restaurants. The service and staff was amazing, everyone was wonderful and helpful.
The only thing is, for a 5 star hotel it is somewhat odd to have no laundry room.
