W Punta de Mita

This place is amazing. Beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and an amazing beach access. The hotel was built in the middle of the jungle making your stay a very pleasant and unique experience. Loved our experience at Punta Mita. My only recommendation would be to rent a car to go explore the nearby towns and avoid the expensive taxi rides.

Loved the lush landscape. Food was really good. Cocktails tend to be very limey and sour. Could have been sweeter. Staff was excellent.

From the moment I arrived until the heartbreaking moment I had to leave, every single aspect of this hotel was pure perfection, easily earning a dazzling five stars and then some! Let's talk about the staff first, because they truly are the heart and soul of this incredible place. Every single person I encountered, from the warm smiles at check-in to the attentive servers by the pool, exuded genuine hospitality. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, offering helpful suggestions, remembering my name, and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their passion for the hotel and for providing an exceptional experience was palpable and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Then there's the location... simply breathtaking. Nestled on a stunning stretch of the Riviera Nayarit coastline, the W Punta de Mita offers unparalleled views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The lush, vibrant surroundings create an atmosphere of serene tranquility, while the proximity to the charming town of Sayulita offers a taste of authentic Mexican culture just a short drive away. Whether I was lounging by the infinity pool, strolling along the pristine beach, or enjoying a cocktail as the sun dipped below the horizon, the scenery was consistently awe-inspiring. And the food? Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey! Every meal was an explosion!! I could keep going

El servicio de limpieza en la habitaciones muy malo, no dejaban toallas de mano nuevas, la sucias se las llevaban y no dejaban nuevas. El último día ya no teníamos ninguna. Todos los días tuve que llamar para que hicieran limpieza de mi habitación porque era súper tarde y no la habían hecho. Tampoco te dejan más barras de jabón, al final ya no tenia jabón. Cuando me iba del hotel llame durante 20 minutos por teléfono para pedir un carrito para que me ayudara con mis maletas y nunca me respondieron. Tuve que llevarme mis maletas caminando al lobby.

Best location in the entire pv punta mita area

It was a really boutique property. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the check-in experience was not as exclusive as we anticipated. Howeve,r the front desk staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast was good with an open buffet but I cannot say the same for the lunch and dinner of the main restaurant. The menu was very standard Mexican. However fortunately they had a great restaurant called Spice Market which we ate 3 times. It's Asian Fusion but a really good alternative if you get bored eating Tacos. The other thing is that it's not a very kids-oriented hotel. There are not many animations or activities, and there is no kids' center for children. But my kids did fine anyway.

10/10 Perfecto! The resort itself is exquisite—the pools, beach, room, restaurants, bars but what made our week so amazing was the staff. Every single resort employee we encountered was authentically warm, kind and provided superb service. I would definitely return to the W Punta Mita.

Excelente viaje

Interesting property. Very rocky beach so definitely not for little ones. Also, extremely remote and isolated. Good opportunity for couples R&R, not excursions. The waves are robust and sound wonderful all day/night. You can really only see the water from the very front units. The food was great, as well as the extraordinary staff. Amazing service!
