Very nice hotel! Location is great, the rooms are beautiful and well equipped, the staff is excellent, the restaurant is in a beautiful room and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend!

I don’t normally do hotel reviews, but Pullman was magnificent. All of the staff were nice and friendly. It was very clean and up kept. I literally have nothing to complain about lol.

Convenient & safe location; friendly and helpful personnel.
I’d recommend to one of the concierges at the hotel not to provide info pulled from the Internet, if not familiar with the places. We were looking for tasting Peruvian wines, and the places, the concierge gave us, didn’t carry Peruvian wines at all. It was a little frustrating to find ourselves in the unknown environments not knowing Spanish (unfortunately). Luckily, we were able to walk back to the ocean and tweak our plans for that day. Thanks to all for the nice stay.

This hotel is so beautiful and modern! The view of the ocean from our room was wonderful. The amenities were so nice to come home to each evening and we had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was also so well placed that we could walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see- which is great in a city that gets so jammed with traffic. Highly recommend this stay for your visit to Lima!

A very comfortable and modern place to stay - it smelled amazing! My room included the executive lounge and I really enjoyed the assortment of snacks and juices in the morning. The area was very walkable and ideal if you want to walk to the Miraflores malecón or Barranco. The service was outstanding. Thank you Andrés and Luis for making the check in so welcoming.

This hotel is great and the staff is fantastic. We were able to do early check-in and they kept our bags while we walked around miraflores. The bags were in our room before we got back. The room was spacious and spotless. The beds & pillows were comfortable. We even had a partial water view. The restaurant downstairs was good and the rooftop has great pizza.

For a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. Upon arrival, I found a used contact lens and someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor, which made the room feel unclean. Additionally, the fridge was not working, and there was only one pair of robe and slippers instead of two, which was inconvenient.
