Very comfortable beds, modern decor, good sound proof windows (it is very loud when windows are open) aircon. Great location.

So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available. We go up to the room to discover that it is a double room, whilst we had paid for a King Suite. The hotel apologised for their error and stated that no other room was available. As a token of their error, they offered a free shuttle to the aiport, which we could get for €15. We had paid a lot more for the room, so we asked for a bottle of wine, which we were promised, but this was not delivered. We are currently in a double room, despite paying for a King Suite, with a bed too small for us. Not happy with the service received so far and will be looking to get a refund for the poor service and for a room we did not receive! Will not be returning for sure.

Very nice hotel close to everything you need including public transportation hotel is very clean rooms are nice with good air conditioners breakfast is great and front desk are very helpful and speak English we travel with kids and we enjoy our stay

Very nice rooms, mine was facing the inside of the building and it was super quiet. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend it!

Good central hotel close to the Old Town and near bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. We did feel the cleaning standard could be improved - on moving the bedside table to access plugs there was quite a lot of dust behind them, the shower drain was blocked which meant our bathroom got flooded on day two and we had to ask for basic items to be replenished a couple of times. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful though, particularly Bogdan. Similarly the breakfast room staff were lovely and helpful. We’d happily book again.

Great hotel, great location, staff friendly and helpful. The location is close to all the main areas, easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast isn’t the best and it’s cheap and easy enough to go out to find better breakfast.

Amazing little hotel in the heart of the action. Adrian on reception was welcoming. My room was spotless. Breakfast plentiful and set me up for the day. Would visit again.

Perfection fine

We moved to this hotel at very short notice due to an issue with our accommodation after arriving in Bucharest. The staff were very helpful and let us check in late. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and there was a nice breakfast. It is also in a good location near to the old town. Would stay here again!

Great hotel, very clean and in a great location

We stayed for four nights with breakfast. All the staff from the morning to night were so friendly and nice. The breakfast had a good variation and was always to a good standard. The beds were very comfortable and the room was really clean. There was a mini market open late next door which was helpful as we arrived late without having had any food so we managed to get sandwiches and wraps as well as snacks. Really the only negative was that the noise from the street was very very loud. Our window didn’t often sound like it was closed. We didn’t have too much of a problem as we’re very heavy sleepers. But there was someone screaming in the street on the Monday we arrived from 10:30pm to 01:30am. I’d definitely recommend you stay at this hotel but I would say if you struggle with falling asleep to noise or to stay asleep to noise I probably wouldn’t. Everything else was great though!

I stayed in Suite 504 over the past weekend, and I wanted to give an honest review which will hopefully make the stay better for everyone in future. First, the good points: Location is really good. Easy access to the old town, just a short walk away. The room that I had (I booked a suite) was large. I had a seperate living space with sofa, large TV and table with 2 chairs. The bedroom was also large. The bed was comfortable The place was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and tried their hardest. The bad points: The room that we booked had a pod coffee machine. You’d think that would be great, but in reality the policies implemented meant that there were only 2 coffee pods for the entire stay. When I asked why they hadn’t been replenished, I was told that it was hotel policy not to replenish the coffee pods, or any of the tea and coffee. You only got them at check in. I hope that management understands that I don’t get a discount for additional nights so I should expect the same service every day. Please, whoever made this policy up, you may have reduced your outgoings very slightly, but in doing so you are ruining the reputation of your hotel, reducing your review rating, and ultimately costing the hotel a lot of money. Additionally, the bathroom whilst functional, looked like it had been fitted by an amateur. The shower handle was fitted upside down, and the tap on the sink was loose. The shower curtain just got in the way and clung whilst attempting to shower.

Overall was ok, front desk was helpful. The room was smelly and loud from street noise. Breakfast was good too
