The Ruby Mimi in Zurich is close to the train station, in the middle of the Old Town area, and convenient to most of the top areas if interest. The staff was extremely welcoming and the room was clean, spacious and bright. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This hotel is perfect. I took the train in from the airport and walked just a few minutes to a quiet street to find Ruby Mini. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s centrally located with everything you need and the rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. It has a fun and young vibe to it that made my trip to Zurich feel homey and safe. I would definitely stay here again and glad I found it for my first time there.

We love the Ruby hotel brand, my only reservation is their rooms do not come with refrigerators. Please do your due diligence when booking for your needs. Other than that a wonderful and fun experience at Ruby!

Overpriced for an exceedingly small hotel room. The glassed in shower jutting out into the hotel room, while marketed as stylish / boutique was really a way to cram in more rooms per floor. The stand alone sink IN the hotel room rather than in the bathroom is another indication they hadn’t allocated sufficient living space per room. It was ok for a couple of nights, but there were likely better options. Do your due diligence before settling on this hotel. Convenience to the train station is all that it has going for it.

This trip was horrible. The hotel had no air-conditioning. They put me on the fourth floor and heat rises so it was very hot. There was no refrigerator in the room. They would not give me a washcloth so that I could wash my face. They didn’t even know what it was. They told me to use a towel from the shower to wash my face. There is no water to drink in the room and wanted to charge me like six dollars for a bottle of water . My friend was stuck in their elevator for an hour and 45 minutes and they didn’t seem to care at all. We had to call the fire department ourselves because they did not. There was no phone in the room so anytime I needed something. I had to go down four flights of stairs because I refuse to refuse the elevator after my friend was stuck in it. The room was so tiny that if you needed to get to the other side of the bed, you had to crawl over the bed because there was not enough space to walk between the bed and the wall where the TV was hanging. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. You can walk to everything from here. The breakfast is really good as well. They have a bar area that is fun to sit in. Close to good restaurants.

Little to no air conditioning, even though it was advertised as having air conditioning. No phone in the room. No water in the room. No refrigerator in the room. Basically had to check myself in. And on top of everything, a friend was stuck in their elevator for an hour and 45 minutes until someone came to help.
