I've stayed here three times and will continue to return. Easy access everywhere. Strategically located close to the MRT, train station, and bus stop, it's in a quiet area. Perfect for slow living in the middle of busy Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the television, and they quickly came to fix it. Cleanliness is excellent. I stayed here for two days and they cleaned the room every day.

It is nice and clean. Not to mention the super convenient location. My only complaint is the checkin time. I checked in at 2pm and was still asked to come back at 3 for the key.

The hotel lobby was elegant and welcoming, but once we reached our floor (23rd), the experience changed. The corridor lighting was extremely dim — not only straining on the eyes but also creating an uneasy feeling, especially when walking alone. The stark contrast in ambiance between the lobby and the corridors was quite surprising. That said, the room itself was pleasant overall, with a fantastic view facing the Yangmingshan direction — definitely a highlight of our stay.

Need to wait quite some time for the lift and usually ot looks like only 1 operating per side TV doesn't work in one room. Other room has no TV.

Reasonable for price charged. Rooms are small. Bathroom design is poor with lack of hangers for clothes. Vanity doubles as walkway - not ideal if sharing room with friends. Beware of mosquitos inside the room during warm days - use insect repellent or mosquito patches inside the room. No bottled water provided - BYO bottle and use water dispenser. Lifts are small and can take a while. 3.5 stars is a more appropriate rating for the property.

Lobby was nice. Service staff very robotic when I asked them if it was possible to check in 15 minutes early. Elevators were at overcapacity. At floor 21, waited for 30 minutes but passing elevators were full each time

Pros: 1. Central location; convenient access to both MRT and Taiwan Railway stations. 2. A decent-sized swimming pool that met my need for exercise during the trip. Cons: 1. Our room was a bit run-down. Insufficient ventilation in the toilet caused a mouldy smell. When we first arrived, the toilet area even smelled of urine! 2. Debris remained on the floor after cleaning. There were fleas on our bedding one night. 3. It’s a large hotel serving many tour groups. The lobby was always crowded, and the lifts were very busy and slow during peak hours. 4. We visited during the Easter holidays. The hustle clearly made the staff quite tense, and we encountered a few unhappy ones.

완화역과 붙어있어서 이동이 편했습니다. 조식 메뉴는 단촐하지만 며칠 먹어도 지겨울 정도는 아니었습니다. (오믈렛을 제공하면 더 좋을 듯) 호텔 주변에 구글맵 검색해보면 맛있는 식당들도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다. 침대는 편안했으나 베개가 큰 사이즈로 하나 뿐이어서 불편했습니다. 방 냉장고에 물이 따로 주어지지 않고 각 층마다 정수기가 있는데, 얼음이 있는 층에만 종이컵이 있어서 불편했습니다. 환경을 위한 조치니까 기꺼이 따르긴 했습니다.

Overall a good stay and most of the staff were very nice. The 98bar is a bit of a disappointment given the bar person is not behind the bar, you have to get them from the cafe counter. Would I stay there again, probably not.
