No intercom to order food from room. Charged 15% of bill to get food served at the doorstep. Kettle is not clean. No elevator or baggage shifting service. Air conditioner not functional as expected. Door mechanism was bad. Couldn't lock the door. All the time door was unlocked during our stay. Unpleasant experience not worth for money.

I would gladly stay here again. Staff were friendly and accomodating and were able to speak in English when I talked with them. Was able to rent a scooter through them simply and even when the scooter needed servicing, I was able to reach out to the hotel for assistance. The ground are maintained very well and every day there were numerous staff cleaning and making sure everything looked great. Stayed in an overwater bunaglow and the room was perfect for me. Air conditioning worked well and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the food served at other times was good and not overpriced compared to places nearby. All in all, an amazing place I would gladly stay again.

In the evening, there are many mosquitoes, the resort also prepares sprays for guests but I feel that it does not work. The road to the resort in the evening has no street lights, you have to drive a motorbike about 20 minutes more in the dark, sometimes there are lights of houses. The motorbike rented by the resort did not check carefully, so it ran abruptly and slipped at the bus stop. So you should check the motorcycle before using, because most old cars.
