Stayed here just 1 night because of proximity to airport. Free shuttle worked very well for early morning flight. Had delicious poke salmon dinner at impressive onsite restaurant. Recommend.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this so-called 4-star hotel. Basic amenities such as body lotion were refused when requested, and even something as simple as an extra pillow was denied. The staff’s attitude was consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming, as if every request was an inconvenience to them. Instead of making guests feel valued, they seemed to believe we were doing them a favor by staying there. For a property that claims to be of high standard, the lack of service and courtesy was unacceptable.

Wonderful property - safe, clean, quiet (except a couple nights when we heard doors banging and furniture moving), friendly reception staff (especially the evening/dinner staff). Metro was 10 mins walk away. Restaurants also 5-10 mins walk away. Amazing breakfast with plenty of options.
Cons - one of the two lifts broke down and sometimes we'd have to wait a while to get in. The stairs were hard to find too.
We were informed that a shuttle to the airport would depart at 7.30pm, however it was nearly 8pm by the time it arrived. They kept advising "10 more mins", otherwise we would've taken a taxi at 7.30pm itself.

We stayed at Novotel Nice Arenas Aéroport and were not pleased with the experience. The hotel does not provide water in the rooms — guests have to leave their rooms to get it from a dispenser, which is inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel.
Service was disappointing overall. The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, and they did not accompany us to our room. We struggled at the elevator trying to find our way and eventually had to call them for help. On top of that, the reception area had an unpleasant odour, which left a poor first impression.
For the price and the Novotel brand, we expected better hospitality and basic guest comfort.

You expect more from a four-star hotel. But the room lived up to expectations, Having to walk far down the corridor to get water of not the best quality doesn't feel four-star. Nor does the fact that there were no toiletries such as a toothbrush and some toothpaste in the bathroom. The food was ok-. But the location near the airport still justifies a night's stay.

We would find it helpful if there was a grab rail as the shower tray is slippery.
There is no moisturiser provided which in such a climate would be expectedly placed next to the fixed bottle of hand soap .
The shaving mirror was broken from the wall which made it difficult to use .

O hotel é muito bom, colado no aeroporto e muito próximo da estação de trem para ir até o centro de Nice. Por ser um hotel perto do aeroporto, achei q teria estacionamento de graça mas pelo menos o estacionamento era no mesmo prédio. O café da manhã era muito bom, com muita variedade. Poderia ter uma piscina no calor de Nice
