We had a wonderful family trip at Sanctoo! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for traveling with kids. The pool and facilities were great and kids really enjoyed their time here, also one of the best things about are very close to the Bali Zoo. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was also delicious with plenty of options for everyone. It was a relaxing and memorable family getaway. Highly recommended, love it!

His warmth, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made a significant impact on my experience. Wida went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed, especially since it was my birthday they managed to setup a heartwarming surprise birthday cake and beautiful bouquet of flowers! Thank you. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of great service, stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and fantastic food. A comfortable place from the noise of the city, quiet, we all family like to stay here, the service is also friendly. Breakfast is also delicious wayan chef and chef made dishes. And unexpectedly we can villa with 2 rooms equipped with kitchen, living room and private pool, thanks ubud more. If there is a chance to come to Bali again we will stay at Ubud Luwih Nature Retreat.
