Wida went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed, especially since it was my birthday they managed to setup a heartwarming surprise birthday cake and beautiful bouquet of flowers! We had a wonderful family trip at Sanctoo! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for traveling with kids. The pool and facilities were great and kids really enjoyed their time here, also one of the best things about are very close to the Bali Zoo. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was also delicious with plenty of options for everyone. It was a relaxing and memorable family getaway. Highly recommended, love it!
