For a 5-star hotel, I'll review the positives and negatives of my stay: Positives: The hotel is very close to the mall. Negatives: The AC was broken, and even though it was repaired, it still wouldn't cool down at night. The TV sound was bad, but I appreciate that it was fixed and can be watched. Although the TV and channels are old, I hope to upgrade to a smart TV. Bed: The cleanliness was very poor. The blanket and mattress were covered in dust, making it difficult to sleep at night due to itching. Please clean and double-check for customer comfort.

I booked two rooms for a family, but the bathtub couldn't be used by both families because the drain didn't close properly. When eating at the restaurant, there was a waiting list because the restaurant area couldn't accommodate the number of guests. The cleanliness of the floor carpets also needs to be improved.
