When our family had rested for the night, in the middle of the night our room was disturbed by an unknown person who banged on the door and rang the bell, which should not have happened because this hotel has security/guards who are ready 24 hours non-stop. The unknown person left when we called the receptionist to call security but strangely the unknown person was allowed to leave even though the security had already caught him, is this according to the hotel's SOP?! Hopefully in the future it can be better. Thanks

All the staff at the hotel are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is varied and overall delicious. The location is strategic, next to the mall. Highly recommended :)

Why is there only one bedside table? Then there is no charging socket for the cellphone cable above the bedside table, so I have to charge it on the writing desk. The mattress is not hard, so for me who has back pain and has just had major surgery, it is really uncomfortable. Even though I asked for a good, hard mattress, I also didn't get an extra pillow, even though I usually stay at Po hotels. This time I was disappointed, the food was not delicious. When we stayed, the porridge was too salty, the soto was not good. I got rooms 1212 + 1236, asking to be close together because one was a child's room, but the location and room number were in a different, far hallway. Sad because there was a funeral event so I was lazy to take care of it, and I was already tired when I went back to the room. I like the one on the 11th floor because the mattress is hard, but maybe that floor is only for special guests. So every time I asked for a room on the 11th floor, it was never given.

We are especially sorry to learn that you were traveling during a difficult personal time and that several aspects of your stay added to your disappointment. We regret the inconvenience caused by the room setup, including the availability of only one bedside table and the lack of a charging outlet near the bedside area. We also sincerely apologize that the mattress comfort did not meet your preference despite your prior request. We understand how important proper bedding support is, particularly following a major surgery, and we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate your needs as expected. We also regret that your request for additional pillows was not fulfilled. Furthermore, we apologize that the rooms assigned for you and your child were not located closer together. We understand how important room proximity can be for family members, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding the breakfast experience. Your comments regarding the taste of certain menu items have been shared with our Culinary team for further review and improvement. Regarding your preference for rooms on the 11th floor, please allow us to clarify that room allocation is subject to availability at the time of arrival.
