Hello wow!!! Overall the experience of staying here is really excellent guys... The hotel building is very aesthetic, strategic location, access to all city centers, many spots for photos, the breakfast menu has many variations & delicious food & suits the Indonesian tongue, the service is really good, especially the staff are friendly, responsive & take the initiative, it is recommended for a vacation with your beloved family, there is a swimming pool for adults & children, thank you next time we will definitely stay here again God bless

The only thing missing is the TV in the deluxe room, it's not a smart TV, something like Sheraton is surprising. Nowadays, TV can only talk.

Always happy to stay here. My advice just for cigarette smells in the aisle for the smoking area room. I hope management at Four Points can reduce the smells of cigarette. Others is good. Thanks.
