I enjoyed my room with ocean view, the clean beach, swimming pool that are dedicated for hotel guests. The breakfast and staffs were also nice. There are free shuttle buses between the hotel and "Bali Collection" where you can go shopping and dinning. On the street just outside the resort, you may also find some restaurants with delicious food and reasonable price. In the shower room, the water may be spilled outside and make the floor wet if you're showering just a little bit too strong. I would recommend the resort to improve this part.

The resort has a private beach which meant we didn’t have to spend time travelling to public beaches. The hotel also had great facilities for children such as water slides and children programs. We really appreciated the childminding programs as it meant we had the time to relax and enjoy some time away from the kids!

Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort.

Stayed with 2 kids - ages 2 and 5. We did not do the all inclusive option. Kids facilities were good, although indoor play area was old and felt dirty and very dark and dingy and kids pool and waterpark werent as new as the photos made out but still did the job - the kids loved it. Lazy river was a standout for us. Breakfast is fabulous with a great range of everything. Staff are attentive and the rooms in the main hotel were very very clean and newly decorated. Hated that the family wing is a completely separate building/felt like a separate hotel. It feels like an old hotel that Grand Mirage have bought and tried to incorporate as part of their main one but it just doesn’t work! General maintenance of the amenities isn’t amazing and not like the photos made out- few loose tiles on main pool floor, dated tiling and decor in walkways. Also location isn’t walking distance to Nusa Dua (with young kids) so does feel a bit secluded up where it is. There are plenty of restaurants, laundry, spas around on the street but had to take taxi to Bali Collection etc. Overall, for us, it was good. I’m glad we didn’t do the inclusive option though as we personally wouldnt have liked to be at that hotel 24/7. I think for the price of this, it’s worth checking out some hotels closer towards Nusa Dua.

We have had a wonderful 8 days at Grand Mirage. Great room, quiet overlooking the gardens and fish pond. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The staff are very welcoming and friendly always offering big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the adults only infinity pool 💕 all inclusive was great all the food and drink you can eat, choice of restaurants and bars. It did get busier towards the last couple of days and there were lots of families. It seems very family friendly. We would definitely return

Great for kids. Not much to do outside of the resort other than massage and restaurants.

Very family friendly, we loved our week at the Grand Mirage. Lazy River was a big hit with all ages (from the 3yo to the 77yo in our group) and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and already talking about coming back next year.

Great facilities. Many pools we used the main pool only. Lots of room for kids & adults. Our room was on the same level with sliding door straight out to pool area. Very convenient.

Wonderful stay, lovely staff

We had an overall amazing experience at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. A very special shout out to Diva and Kevin for going above and beyond to help us secure a disability access room and for being so accommodating throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly made a difference and made us feel well looked after. Thank you both for your outstanding service — we really appreciate it and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful beach front resort with a plethora of activities for adults and kids. The breakfast selection is large with plenty to choose from, for even the pickiest of eaters. The view from our suite balcony overlooked the infinity pool and we could see straight out into the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even when our spa reservation was mixed up. We were able to book for the following day at a discounted rate. The spa experience is a 10/10 and I’d highly recommend doing the aqua medic pool it’ll change your life. Our attendant guided us from room to room to ensure our experience flowed smoothly and timely. The location has a verity of different restaurants on property, however, it’s in a nice spot close to other restaurants, beach clubs, and attractions. Will definitely be booking again !

Activities for kids were fantastic, food was great, pools were beautiful and most importantly the staff were sooooo amazing!

Resort was wonderful however Expedia have not refunded our cancelled flights with Air Asia. No happy as Expedia booked them for us and will not refund our fares.

Great place to stay!! Staff are amazing. Lots to do. Only downside was the paid show/dinners, not worth the money.
