All the staff on duty were very friendly, always greeting customers whenever they passed. The receptionist, Ami (Mrs. Sri), was very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds, including the rooms, elevators, garden and pool area, and lobby, were very clean and well-maintained. Please maintain this excellent service, it's outstanding.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is super strategic & easy to get around and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Also, the food was delicious with plenty of good options, so breakfast (and meals in general) was something I actually looked forward to. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

As long as I've been stayed in 5-star hotel, this hotel is the best for food and service, but for bed... honestly, Four Points have more big bed even double bed. But overall, JW Marriott is excellent. Thanks JW Marriott.

If it's the class of JW Marriot, there's no doubt about the comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. The only thing that bothers me is the parking. There's no covered parking, while the basement is only for those staying in the apartment. Moreover, the walk is quite far because the one near the lobby is always full, especially when it rains, it's even more troublesome. Please fix the parking problem. Thank you
