Well, first of all I know that it was my fault from beginning that I had booked the wrong date, and shockingly this hotel had never given us a chance to refund or even reschedule. They didn't even provide a solution for that. So I would never and ever book this hotel in the future. So awful!

Everything is good except these 2.1.) The room facing main road is constantly noisy. People in Medon horn for no reason and the horning is all the time. 2.) The mattress was made of low quality. Very springy and certain position/angle it will sinks.

Overall is good except the front officer. And the lift was broken the day that I out so I have to carriage my big bag by the stairs from the 4th floor.
