Upon arrival, there were no mats or towels, as the receptionist informed us they were still being cleaned. The swimming pool was dirty, full of dirt and insects. Of the seven people on vacation, only one didn't swim, and only that one person returned without getting sick.

This is my 4th time visiting here, I don't know why it's so comfortable. 2 nights feels like not enough, heheh. Everything is good, the facilities are okay, the food is all delicious. But on the first day, the balcony was dirty and there were still cigarette residue from the previous guest, so we immediately asked for it to be cleaned. On the second day, we set an alarm to clean the room, but it turns out the balcony area wasn't cleaned either because my husband forgot to put the glass he used in and the kids' leftover snacks. So, only the inside of the room and the toilet were cleaned. Maybe he forgot, but next time, I can check the balcony again so the guests are happy too. Everything else is good. Thank you Palace.

The check-in time of the hotel is 2 PM. We came before 2 PM and they said we have to wait until 2 PM because the room was not ready yet. They also said that they would inform us when it's ready, but after 2:13 PM, still no one informed us, so we had to ask them again. There were no towels in the room, and when we called the receptionist about that, they asked us to call housekeeping ourselves. The bedsheets and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. There was only one glass for coffee, even though it's a room for 2 persons. The coffee sachet looked dirty and a bit sticky. We were given 2 sachets of coffee, and both looked unclean. Hopefully, it will be better next time!

The front office staff and bell boys were all great. I had a city view room, which was a bit noisy. I asked to be moved and was given a pool view room, which was cooler. The room upgrade was affordable. The breakfast menu was excellent. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Puncak.

I booked a superior single room on the app, but the hotel thought the verified room was a superior twin room. After double-checking the booking number and itinerary ID from the app and the hotel, I found discrepancies. The room had no mat, the floor was dirty and hadn't been mopped, the water heater wasn't working, the TV had no signal, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect.

The place is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious and has quite a variety. The staff are all friendly, including the security guards. The only minor issue is the bathroom; the shower water takes a while to drain. But overall, everything is fine.
