My first stay at Palace. I read the reviews first because I was bringing a baby, so I checked them out first. Many said they were good. I ended up staying for two nights. Very impressed. Friendly service, varied breakfast, and very fast check-in. I had an AC problem, it was fixed immediately. Very kid-friendly. I wanted more, but I've already started my activities again. I'll be back again. Thank you, Palace, for the excellent service.

The hotel is nice, kid-friendly, and the food is plentiful and quite tasty. The bread is delicious. The only downside is the lack of parking. There's only one baby chair, so you have to carry your child for breakfast.

Beautiful Environment & Great Breakfast, Room Renovation Needed My stay at the Palace Hotel Cipanas was quite enjoyable, especially for enjoying the natural surroundings. Here are some of the pluses and minuses: Pros (+): Hotel Environment: Very spacious, green, and fresh air. It's very pleasant and comfortable for morning walks around the hotel area. Breakfast & Service: The breakfast menu is extensive and varied. The service from the staff is also good and friendly. View: Breakfast with a direct view of Mount Gede is a great added value. Cons (-): Room Condition: The standard room type and some of the furniture/facilities feel quite outdated. Renovation/renovation is needed. Conclusion: Overall, this place is perfect for healing and enjoying the fresh air of Cipanas. If the room facilities were updated, it would be even more perfect.

The staff was friendly, but the deluxe rooms were extremely poor in terms of cleanliness. Dirty pillowcases with black spots and marks, itchy sheets, dirty window curtains, and a dead and neglected window garden were quite an eyesore.
