The buffet at the hotel is a great start for your day. They stopped the free local newspaper. Staff is great. Hawaii resident parking rate is only applied to booking with the hotel. Hawaii drivers license showing you are a resident did not give a opportunity to receive the discounted parking rate of $40 plus dollars per day. it adds up . Expedia rate was even lower than the kamaina rate offered by the hotel. go figure?

Sunday only 2 hours open for breakfast 7-9, no sleeping in. Housekeeping shouting back and forth down the halls at each other starting at 7 am. Water was ankle deep in the tub before I could even get into the shower, not going down. If you’re sitting on the toilet you can’t shut the door cause there is no room. Even on the 12th floor you can still hear clearly all the highway traffic.

This was the 4th time unstated at this hotel in the span of 3 months. This hotel is now my new GO-TO for when I come back to visit my home state of Hawaii. For me the location is super convenient. I grew up in the Aliamanu/Pearl Harbor/Aiea area so this hotel is PERFECTLY LOCATED to where I need to be around. The staff is wonderful , the hotel is quiet and clean. The only complaint we had was we wished the decor was more Hawaiiana rather than the across the board room decor from anywhere else in the U.S. like I mentioned earlier, this hotel is my new go~to for when I visit home (since my mom sold her house after she retired and moved back to the Philippines). If you are looking for clean, quiet, convenient-this is the place. If you’re looking for fancy and overpriced and horrendous to get around~ get a hotel in Waikiki I’ll stay here next time I’m back on Oahu again

The hotel is dated and so was the room I got. Room was clean and decent. The hot breakfast was great and plentiful. A drawback for me was the noisy freeway. I got a room on the first floor facing Nimitz Highway, not so lucky me! You can hear the loud traffic and just about every noise on the freeway. The noise made for an unpleasant 1-night stay.

The hotel is dated and so was the room I got. Room was clean and decent. The hot breakfast was great and plentiful. A drawback for me was the noisy freeway. I got a room on the first floor facing Nimitz Highway, not so lucky me! You can hear the loud traffic and just about every noise on the freeway. The noise made for an unpleasant 1-night stay.

Perfect location for a later evening airport arrival. Quick pickup at the airport and checkin took no time at all. Friendly staff and a full hot breakfast was included.

女性3名1室で朝食付き4泊での利用。エキストラベッドのスプリングが固くて、ブランケットをもらってシーツの下に敷いたら、かろうじてオッケー。 最高だったのが朝食。毎朝の焼きたてワッフルが美味しくて、シロップやホイップクリーム、新鮮なフルーツを添えてたっぷりいただきました。その他に、ヨーグルトにオレンジ、アップルの100%ジュース、温かいスクランブルエッグやソーセージ、ハム、ミニマフィン、シリアルやパン類もあって、朝食はテイクアウトも可能、期待以上でお腹いっぱいでした。 部屋には、電子レンジと冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、バスルームには、ドライヤー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ソープ、ローションが完備。室内のエアコンの温度が調整できず、寒い。部屋によって違いがあるかもしれないが、騒音は聞こえなかった。
