Good place to stay nice facility good staff but the bed we were in was very broken down and they need to replace it. Otherwise great place.

Traveling through and had a great stay in the suite. It had everything we needed!

Was very nice and clean. We were very appreciative they let us check in early as we came for a concert and it’d be inconvenient to have to do that after. Cons: But I think they should plan for that in advance when big events are in town. Also the price was too high/expensive for 2nights. Esp with no free continental breakfast, pool, hot tub. And we have stayed at other places that were just as nice, and not this price for 2 nights.

I stay here every time I’m in town and I love every stay. Staff are always super kind, the rooms are clean and updated, and the overall experience is always top notch.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best kept hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did have to wait for the front desk attendant as he was doing laundry but he was super nice and apologized for the wait.

Called early morning we were to arrive and told elevator was out. Told staff would help with luggage. They did but initial staff small woman who could not lift the luggage. Told by staff that elevator had been out for several days. First room odorous so required room change. Stairwells filthy. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was good as was the lady overseeing it

My two night stay went very well. No unpleasent orders and no excessive noise. The one bed with Kitchener was perfect.

This hotel is super clean and staff is ver helpful and nice.

Disappointed with the Bed Quality I’ve stayed at Candlewood Suites in Ocala, FL before and had an excellent experience — especially with how comfortable the bed was. It was honestly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had, so I was really looking forward to staying with you again. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to that expectation. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and I wasn’t able to get a good night’s sleep because of it. Everything else met the usual standards, but the bed quality made my stay disappointing. I hope this is something that can be improved for future guests. Mirna Nelson

The rooms were perfectly cleaned, the staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The cost was pretty average but it was super nice.

The room is large with kitchenette facility, beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is good for this level of hotel. However, this hotel does not provide any breakfast or the option of ordering breakfast. Also, there is no swimming pool in this hotel.

Great hotel option for those looking for a suite/1 bedroom with sitting area space. Clean and quiet. Great value!

Staff was super friendly and accommodations were very clean. Pet friendly, our Aussie joined us for the first time and there were quite a few dogs in the hotel. Only downside was Expedia noted a pool and the location did not have a pool. It did have a very nice gym room and personal laundry.

I can’t thank the front desk staff enough for the great service. My trip ended up starting a day earlier than I expected due to weather and everyone was so friendly and helpful my entire week long stay. Accommodations were great! I plan to stay again anytime I am in Sioux Falls!

This place is truly a hidden gem! Large suite, comfortable bed, lovely kitchenette. Will definitely stay again!
