Nice room. We had a Suite with a big jetted tub. Pool and hot tub need to be updated. Hot tub was not filled with water. Lobby and breakfast area could use an update as well. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

This hotel might be the worst in Idaho Falls and is located in a less-than-desirable area of the city. The evening that we arrived at the property, the first thing that greeted us was a group of hotel guests blasting rap music and smoking marijuana in the parking lot. I had hoped it was a one-off, but I was sadly mistaken. Entering the lobby, I could quickly see that the hotel was nothing like the advertised images indicated. The lobby was rundown, cabinetry in the breakfast area was broken, the pool water was cloudy, and the hot tub was drained and out-of-service.
Our room was no better. Once again, the room was nothing like the images (think cramped, dark, and dingy) and, in fact, was not the room we'd reserved. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk, she indicated that the room we'd reserved was not even available at the property and she was unable to relocate us to a different room.
The one good thing I will say is that the sheets seemed to be clean (although the bedcover/comforter seemed suspect). Other challenges included a coffee pot that was no where near an outlet (had to place it on the floor next the trashcan by the bathroom door) and a shower/bath pan that was incorrectly installed, swaying and creaking as you showered. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would.

The staff was excellent professional and friendly the continental breakfast was high quality and delicious. Unable to find anything below excellent on the entire stay,i the bed was extremely comfortable.

I made a mistake and booked this room @ this hotel thinking it was another hotel....I only know this because we had expected a nice balcony and this particular hotel doesn't have any.
Anyhow-my mistake and we were not all that pleased with the older conditions.
However, the woman @ the front desk was very kind.
And, breakfast was great! :)

The place is spotless, staff is absolutely lovely and helpful - hotel keeping is an incredibly difficult job- they make you feel welcome and never get the feel that you are an inconvenience. 100% recand would stay again. We reserved a room several hours before arrival to the hotel. This was done due to being on the road for 14 hours and sleep was badly needed. However, when my family and I arrived, we were told there was no room reseved under me. It was found that the room was canceled on your end. I don't know truthful that is, but the results of having my room cancelled is unacceptable.
The motel had room but the walk up price was unacceptable. But what option did I have. You had canceled my reservation and the motel required a ridiculous amount of money, just for a few hours if sleep. Qorst part of it, was that I did not reveive any notification about this, prior to checking in. We left and we ended up driving another 3.5 hours, before finding a rest stop and caught whatever sleep we could before continuing on. I never used Hotel.com or stayed at the motel we reserved. It feels as if I was getting scammed, due to my need to rest. For this poor and unacceptable experience, i'm never using your website or that hotel again. You two business cannot be trusted
