It was quiet at night, construction nearby daytime. Very clean. I read reviews & brought my swifter. No dirt except under bed & chair. A+ to the cleaner. Very nice woman checked us in. Night guard greeted all as they came for breakfast. We walked the few blocks to Caras Park for food trucks & music. We walked to 7R for the rooftop bar first night (food from downstairs bar can be taken up) & then the next night walked to The Stables for my magnificent birthday dinner. Good location, great deal!

One on the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel is very rundown and filthy. Took pictures. Sheets were stained, etc. Booked 2 nights, did not even stay the second night it was so bad. I have stayed at Red Lion many times and they were great. This place was really disappointing!! Will not use Hotels.com again. Need to seek refund.

The food options were terrible, bed was way to high & had wheels on it which made the bed slide every time we tried to get on them, No Wi-Fi , no hot water, the bath tub & sink were cracked & chipped , The refrigerator was not plugged in, & upon moving it out so that I could plug it in, the entire back of the refrigerator & floor was absolutely filthy. I stayed one day & was charged 2X on one credit card & once on another card. It took 2 Days to be refunded for one charge & I still haven’t been refunded for the other charge. Also the swimming pool is outside & was closed down. When I stayed there 2 months ago, aside from the swimming pool, dirty room, & not so good breakfast . The prices were good & the stay was fine.

The pictures are probably 20 to 30 years ago. This place has seen no upkeep to location since those were taken. The place is falling apart, paint, general maintenance in non existent. I wish i could of canceled my stay once I pulled in the lot.

The property was dated and needed some upkeep. The room floor was a type of wood floor and needed to be swept, you could see the dirt on the floor. (don't go bare foot). The A/C did not work properly. the temp was set at 68 degrees and felt like an oven. (try to sleep in that). The side walk cracks were filled with pet-hair. We had several other guests that stayed and complained of the showers, mold and just not worth the stay. We will not stay at this property again. (even if it were free). I would request a refund, but I don't think that I would get one.

Only good thing about this place was the price. Sinks didn't drain, walls cracked, trim held in place with tape, stains all over the floor, button controls on the AC/heater didn't work. We didn't risk the shower as it looked faulty. The list goes on and on. My wife and I actually started laughing at the situation. We found another hotel to stay at for the rest ofnour trip.

Stay away from this place, my family made a reservation thinking this place would be clean, we checked in the lobby smelled like cigarettes. When we went to our non-smoking room we were immediately disgusted with our beds were stained, smelt like cigarettes and pee, our bathroom had mold in the shower, I wouldn’t even stand in the shower with shower shoes! We ended up going back to the front desk and canceled our stay and got a refund.

Don't stay here. Our window didn’t lock so it could be easily opened from the outside. The door had clearly been kicked in and they hadn't repaired the hole in the door. It rattled when shut unless the bolt was shut. The manager said to stick a towel in it. The room had cement floors and stunk like mildew. The outdoor pool and hot tub were empty in the middle of summer. It's a dump. The "breakfast" is one microwave shared by all guests to microwave frozen bread. The coffee seemed to be made from reused grounds. My wife thought it might be tea. There is supposed to be wifi but it doesn't connect and when it does it drops within a minute. It is not maintained and needs to be torn down. This establishment needs to be shut down.
