Overall, we had an excellent stay. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Pool area was great although the trash and dirty towels could have been removed before overflowing during peak time. Also, more regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker! There was more decaf than regular.

I had an overall great experience at the sonesta. Kansas at the front desk made our stay as comfortable as possible and was very helpful. So a big SHOUT 🙌 OUT to Kansas on the front desk.

We had a great stay at the Sonesta. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and hallways were clean and a good size for a family of 4. The pool was a fun addition for the summer months and made the kids very happy. Very close to Logan Circle and historic district, made walking to the sights very easy. Nice neighborhood and onsite parking. Would stay again.

The Sonesta provided a nice stay. The hotel was extremely busy and the there was a wait for elevators throughout the stay. The restaurant and bar on site are a plus. I also enjoyed the pool however the bar at the pool should take credit cards but they don’t take cash. The hotel is walkable to shopping and the city center. The room was basic no microwave but fridge and coffee maker. I would stay again overall as it was a good location.

Ne pas se fier aux photos. L’hôtel est vieillot, la propreté est approximative. Aucune femme de ménage n’est passée lors de notre séjour et le comble, le jour de notre départ on a vu une bête courir dans la chambre.
Édit: attention à la caution que vous laissez, ils nous ont prélevé 40$ dans aucune raison

We arrived to a room with broken toilet and food on the floor in corner. We notified the front desk and they said they’d send someone up. No one ever came. I ended up fixing the toilet myself. Food still on floor. Later that night, toilet broke again, I fixed it once more. Next day we leave all day, come back at 5PM… no one turned over our room. Food still on floor. The room was just in very bad condition over all. Burn marks on carpet, sink only had blazing hot water, broken toilet, food from last guests still on floor, etc. We notified front desk again and still no one came. We found a nice maintenance guy who ended up coming to our room to help and he went to get us towels. We only picked this hotel for the pool which was HORRIBLE. The “pool bar” is a joke, small bar cart in corner limited offerings. My friend said it felt like 6 flags.
