The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. There is a wonderful path to walk along the waterfront right across the street. Breakfast had lots of variety and many great restaurants are close by.

I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated.
On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud. The furniture in this room was good.
The breakfast was the best one I had on my Chile trip.
Although it’s a big hotel where travel group stays it would be my first choice when I come back to Puerto Natales.
