Good not great.

This hotel is pricey. Even the basic rooms without bay view cost over $225. The view from the rooms facing the bay and the mountains is beautiful! Of course, they are more expensive.

The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Great shower. The people that work there are amazing. There was always someone who spoke English. They were willing to help. From putting new battery in my luggage scale. To giving directions to ATMS and the main square. Also directions to the best coffee shops in town. The breakfast was better than average. Let use have a late check out without charge. It was a little warm and there was no AC but the window did open and make it tolerable.

Com certeza um hotel muito bom, em um local brindado por paisagens belissimas. Atendimento excelente! Estrutura poderia ser chamada de excelente se tivesse ar condicionado. Inacreditavel um hotel desta categoria não oferecer ar condicionado para seus hospedes.Fui em Jan/26 e o calor é muito elevado. Não consigo achar coerencia nisso! Um equipamento "barato" quando comparado ao valor da diaria, que faz toda a diferença na hospedagem e nop conforto dos seus hospedes!!

Average and edible but nothing special.

I booked this hotel for my husband and son . I expected them to have a beautiful view to the lake. It is an expensive room but the view is to the garbage outside. I am disappointed because I booked the same hotel when they are on their way back from their hike.

Excelente estancia, sin embargo muy mal café en el desayuno.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. There is a wonderful path to walk along the waterfront right across the street. Breakfast had lots of variety and many great restaurants are close by.

Awesome friendly and helpful staff. Could have used a coffee machine and fridge in room and maybe one English channel, even CNN Staff helped me with arranging a tour! Decent number that sooke english

I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated. On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud. The furniture in this room was good. The breakfast was the best one I had on my Chile trip. Although it’s a big hotel where travel group stays it would be my first choice when I come back to Puerto Natales.

Terrible service food awful and over priced for the taste

A perfect stay at a perfect hotel! Great location, staff, facilities. The breakfast was more than wonderful. We are happy to have stayed there.

Property aging a bit and view from room was a rear car park. By contrast the view from breakfast area was great. No fridge or coffee making facility in the room.
