Very clean accommodations in a great location. The staff was friendly and served up a lovely breakfast. The view of the acropolis is a really nice backdrop to have breakfast on the 6th floor. Athens is hectic and can be loud. This space was remarkably quiet.

Hotels.com verified review

This hotel was not as advertised. There were open construction holes in front of the place. No lobby just a desk. They have two tiny claustrophobic elevators that hold about two people and are very slow to arrive. People take the stairs a lot. A suite is the size of a standard room. Multiple people including ourselves experienced bed bugs in the beds and the hotel would not give any refunds for that. The toilet couldn’t take toilet paper so after wiping yourself you had put the soiled toilet paper in a waste basket-yuck.Breakfast was small and tasteless with very little variety. The only thing going for this place was its location which was in the center of a lot of shops and restaurants otherwise any hotel website would be doing a disservice recommending this place in current condition.

Location was ok, hotel room was ok, it’s hard to rate this hotel because they did not have electricity for most of our stay. And no backup generators for hotel. So most of our stay we were outside.could not spend much time in room because no electricity no air conditioning. It was 90 degrees in Athens. So I will not go back to this hotel. And I will not recommend.

Let me start off with this, Athens is amazing, it's residents are absolutely wonderful. The hotel was terrible, we booked two nights, both nights we had no power. That meant not just no Air Conditioning but you could not charge your phones, or something that is quite common now, use your C-Pap device which for some is a necessity. As a paying customer i expect a clean, comfortable and usable room. Our room was clean but without power it was an absolute horror. I will expect nothing less than a full refund.

Beware-the elevator doesn’t work, so you’ll be shelling your luggage up the 3-6 flights to your room. Staff quotes a price for a transfer service, but the driver will charge you more. If you want to sleep, good luck, as the night club upstairs goes late and sounds like it’s in your room. Would not recommend.

To be honest, this hotel was nothing special, but it’s worth booking because of the location. It’s very close to a lot of things and reasonably priced. I like that they had a smart TV in the room but other than that the room is pretty basic. I tried to reach the front desk a few times, but it seemed like we just kept playing phone tag with each other but the hotel served its purpose and the beds were comfortable.

La propiedad es una propiedad vieja que se comparte con un rooftop, por lo cual es muy ruidosa, no puedes realmente descansar. La limpieza de las partes exteriores es muy mala. la limpieza en las habitaciones regular pero con cucarachas en una de ellas, yo reservé dos habitaciones. Aunque te incluyen el desayuno y sé perfectamente que en Europa los desayunos son limitados usualmente el buffet si era mínimo lo que te puedes encontrar. Un día nos quedamos sin luz por un poco más de dos horas, y pues el Hotel no cuenta con planta eléctrica para abastecer de luz a sus habitaciones, así es que nos tuvimos que aguantar porque pues no era culpa de ellos nos explicaban, sino del municipio. Lo único muy bueno de la propiedad era la ubicación que tenía, porque tienes todo muy cerca para poder hacer caminatas para dirigirte a los sitios más importantes, acrópolis el museo, etc.

La ubicacion es buena siempre y cuando quieras estar cerca de la vida nocturna de Atenas, porque siempre hay muchismima gente alrededor, por lo qie no lo recomendaría para familias con niños pequeños. En la parte superior del hotel hay un centro nocturno y puede escucharse música durante la noche. El desayuno está disponible a partir de las 7:30 am, lo cual en nuestro caso que teniamos un tour a las 8:00 am y al dia siguiente una salida en Ferry a las 7:30 am hace imposible poder tomar el desayuno, por lo que sugiero tener bolsas con algo minimo para desayunar tipo "grab and go".

What I didn’t expect was how helpful the front desk receptionist Angelina was to my whole family. She was sent by the Greek Gods themselves! Many thanks to her. The staff as a whole were fantastic.
