The room stank of cigarette smoke and was completely unusable. Staff were rude and unhelpful (also tried to tell me it didn’t smell, despite 2 other guests also verifying this!), and I was left stranded late at night. The staff lied and said no hotels were available so they couldn’t find me a alternative
The front desk is often unattended despite claiming to be 24/7, and the rooftop bar is very busy which means you have to wait ages for a lift. Also anyone going to the bar can just can access guest floors without a key card.
Avoid this hotel, especially if you’re travelling alone.
