Perfect location

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Staff are very kind. The room was clean. However, I had one major issue. They used and sprayed very strong perfume. Since I had rose fragrances allergies, it made me sick. After I explained about it, they stop using for my room. Once I open the room door to an elevator, hallway had strong smells. It would be nice for persons who like perfume, but not for allergic persons like me. Another minor issue was, they didn’t clean rooms until 3-4 pm. Due to jet lag, I woke up early and got tired in the afternoon. If the room was not cleaned yet, it was difficult to go back to the room to take a rest. Over all, I still liked the hotel.

Location was great. Rooftop garden restaurant was awesome. Rooms are very spacious.

Great location and service

Room was spotless and clean with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Staff was courteous and accommodating. They were ready to provide information to assist us in navigating the city. Close to restaurants, attractions and the train depot. Ideal location for someone wanting to tour Athens and its surrounding.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so every shower resulted in a lot of condensation on all surfaces, making the floor extremely slippery. Also, there’s always a lot of condensation around the windows with water dripping on the floor. Again, it’s a safety hazard. Location of the hotel was wonderful, within walking distance to many landmarks.

The room really needs an upgrade and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable The bathroom had been upgraded and looked nice. Didn’t feel like a hotel at all and didn’t even have a lobby but pictures looked different.

Clean room location, but the hotel is not completely sound proof, could hear the noise from outside. But a great place to stay.

The space excellent. Nice rooms and kitchen. Feels like a vacation home. Two thumbs up for the showers!

Location, staff, amenities and view were amazing!

The room stank of cigarette smoke and was completely unusable. Staff were rude and unhelpful (also tried to tell me it didn’t smell, despite 2 other guests also verifying this!), and I was left stranded late at night. The staff lied and said no hotels were available so they couldn’t find me a alternative The front desk is often unattended despite claiming to be 24/7, and the rooftop bar is very busy which means you have to wait ages for a lift. Also anyone going to the bar can just can access guest floors without a key card. Avoid this hotel, especially if you’re travelling alone.

The location is perfect.Room is really nice.Staff are kind and helpful. Definitely highly recommended.
