Great customer service. The staff arranged our taxi to take us to the airport. They called our room to make sure we were up. Anything that we needed was taken to our room. Very clean and comfortable room.

Taxis were available within 5 minutes of the call. They were affordable, as the hotel is close to sites. The area is not walkable for tourist sightseeing. Staff were friendly and quite helpful.

The hotel was very nice except watch out for a crazy girl called Yvonne who was a server in the restaurant for the breakfast who screamed at me and my sister because the bread we put in the toaster got stuck and literally swerved at us and I got the anxiety attack 😟😟

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were much too soft. The breakfast buffet was pretty good; however, powdered eggs don’t cut the mustard. They do have pineapple and apples as well as a bunch of desserts.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal super freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer nicht immer ganz sauber. Die Decke hatte Wasserflecken und die Seifenschale war locker. Das Bad war bis auf die Ränder der Badewanne relativ sauber, baden würde ich nicht.
