Great price and great service, the staffs were kind and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean. There's tram to link the hotel from the city center and the stop is juz outside the hotel, so it's convenient. However, the journey is a bit long. It takes about 40 mins to travel from the hotel to city center.

Lovely hotel

Here’s my honest review: The free shuttle drivers were the highlight of our stay — they were extremely friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself looks like a standard, typical hotel and meets basic expectations in terms of appearance. That said, the location is quite far from any train station, and although a free shuttle service is provided, we were not clearly informed about where to wait for pickup, which made the arrival experience confusing. Our interaction with the concierge staff was less positive; while they tried to appear friendly, the service felt somewhat forced and not very welcoming, which made us uncomfortable. The room air-conditioning did not function properly and kept turning off automatically when it did not detect movement in the room. The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which affected comfort. We were also cautious about using the tap water, as we noticed sediment and observed many locals purchasing bottled water instead. Additionally, the kettle and hairdryer appeared worn out and not very clean, suggesting they may not have been well maintained. We had higher expectations as DoubleTree is a well-known Hilton brand, but unfortunately the overall experience was not very pleasant. We would likely not choose to stay here again, if not for the convenience of attending the Inter Milan vs Liverpool match.

Staff helpful. Location ok but not many places to eat locally. Only issue was shower - no water if toilet had been flushed and facet to change from rain shower to hand shower to bath was broken.

Excelente hotel com ótima localização. Tem estacionamento pago no local o que facilita e é mais em conta do que os estacionamentos dos hotéis da região central. Excelentes acomodações, e equipe extremamente prestativa. Tem presente de boas vindas, um cookie maravilhoso e 1 água por hóspede disponível no frigobar diariamente. As instalações são novas, e tem restaurantes, um shopping com mercado e cafés na proximidade. De ônibus ou tran está há 15 minutos do Duomo. Limpeza impecável das instalações, acomodações e roupas de cama e banho. Tem disponibilidade de itens de perfumaria excelentes e secador nos quartos. Perfeito para ficar em Milão, fora do trânsito do centro e mesmo assim bem pertinho de todas as atrações da cidade.

Andre opphold her, veldig fornøyd med service, frokost og rom/lokaler. Ligger rolig, rett ved trikk til sentrum. Parkering på hotellet og butikk og restaurant i nærområdet.

The room was clean. The shower was very good, which was nice. The food was also excellent.

The hotel was very nice except watch out for a crazy girl called Yvonne who was a server in the restaurant for the breakfast who screamed at me and my sister because the bread we put in the toaster got stuck and literally swerved at us and I got the anxiety attack 😟😟
