All was good except the hotel couldnt arrange out transfer to Station on Christmas day. We had to walk it up and ended up missing our prepaid trwin

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Lake Como! However, they didn’t have an extra bed option available. This is the only thing we wish they could offer

Very disappointed in this Hilton. The location and rooms were wonderful. The service however seriously sucked. We utilized the hotel’s concierge services. We were mislead through the process that they only offered private car services and not taxis. Additionally, every time we booked the car services the prices increased. We called them to the carpet and immediately offered to revert back the prices. It was very disappointing and left a very sour taste in our mouth. I will never stay here again. We seriously felt taken advantage of

My wife and I spent a couple of days for our honeymoon. The staff was great. Highly recommendable and will be returning.

Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate.

A fabulous modern hotel, exceptionally clean and attentive and kind staff. Glorious food on the terrace with views of the lake. The roof infinity pool was sublime.

We loved our stay at Lake Como Hilton hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant was definitely the highlight had the most outstanding view of the lake. The cocktails were fabulous too! A couple of things that brought my rating down for this hotel was that we were requesting to pay 400 euros deposit on arrival that I was not made aware of prior to check in. I know that it is common practice to take credit card details at check in but never have I been asked to pay a deposit even though the room had been paid for in full. Also the rooftop heated swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were available to us but there was an extra charge for nearly 40 euros per person to use the indoor spa facilities for 3 hours (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) which I have as a resident of a hotel I would expect this is be part of the facilities available during our stay.

It was beautiful from top to bottom. All the finishes were tasteful. They even included free breakfast for being on our honeymoon. So kind
