Overall very good! Staff is nice. Feel so warm that a birthday surprise is received.

Nice hotel, close to the downtown center, about 15min by walk. The reception lady is very helpful and kind, booked restaurant for us. We feel very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast is ok as well, many choice of bread, ham, fresh coffee... you can't expect more. Yes, we'd like to come back again.

My whole family is very judgmental when it comes to hotels, its location, cleanness, and service. I can comfortably state that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was at a perfect spot. It was almost on the lake with great views and 10 min walk to the town centers. We loved the rooftop restaurant for its fun ambiance, food quality and service. Book without hesitation! Thank you

Nära att promenera ner till centrum, och fantastiska vyer även från hotellet, särskilt från restaurang- och poolområdet. En strandpromenad fanns i nära anslutning till hotellet för strosande och fotograferande - vilket var nästan omöjligt att låta bli! Frukosten var inte överdådig (förutom den enorma parmesanosten) men riktigt god och fräsch, och med de bästa hotell-baconen jag någonsin ätit! Även städningen av rummen var i en klass för sig, då städerskan till och med vek ihop våra kläder och placerade fint på stolarna. Personalen lämnade även ett kort och en fin tallrik med godsaker åt min man, som fyllde år, trots att vi inte hade nämnt det. Det enda lite negativa är möjligen priset, för vi hade velat stanna mycket längre!

It was a perfect stay made special by the Hilton staff, we were celebrating a very special day for my lady and I and upon arrival we were treated with love and compassion. From the friendly checkin team to the knowledgeable concierge. I appreciate the great lengths they went to to make us feel comfortable. We used the gym everyday which was everything we needed. Had an opportunity to have breakfast at their restaurant downstairs, and most places we visited are walkable (:

Very clean room, loved the roof top terrace and restaurant!!

This was our first vacation in a long time because my wife has a brain tumor and can't fly, but we finally took the time to go to Lake Como because it was a place she always wanted to visit. It starts off with us booking a handicap room by accident, and to DOWNGRADE to a cheaper room, reception asked for 150 euroes. We politely declined after a long battle over why we are paying for a downgraded room and went to our room. Inside this room, the A/C is dripping loudly, and the Concierge told us this is a known issue with this room, so we then asked the reception for a different room. In this different room, there is a loud clicking noise since we enter the room every 5-10 seconds. I again call the reception and ask for a different room because now it is just a joke. They send concierge to "check" the problem, he walks in for 10sec and walk around and say he will get us a new room. The next room we are put in (still handicapped room despite us visiting a normal room that had no issues whatsoever) where the concierge visited prior to us to confirm this room is okay so we don't move a 4th time, and surprising to no one this room has the same clicking noise. I then call the reception for the 4th time asking for a new room and I told the lady it is extremely offensive that she sends someone to check if I am lying to her about the noise. She then starts to argue with me and lost her temper, which in the moment felt extremely professional of the hotel staff. The next time I called, I

Beautiful, walkable, great amenities. Only negative: weird lighting in room/bathroom. Not bright enough and impossible to figure out the switches. Badly designed light scheme in a great space!

Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices.
