Overall very good! Staff is nice. Feel so warm that a birthday surprise is received.

Nice hotel, close to the downtown center, about 15min by walk. The reception lady is very helpful and kind, booked restaurant for us. We feel very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast is ok as well, many choice of bread, ham, fresh coffee... you can't expect more. Yes, we'd like to come back again.

Fantastisk hotell

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!

Gorgeous modern hotel. 30min walk from central area where you can get on the ferry. Restaurants are also in that area. Lovely outdoor heated pool with Mountain View’s. Can’t fault the hotel. Staff are nice. Defo recommend

One of best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was very helpful and friendly !

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. The town is 30 min walking, but quite frankly I didn't want to leave the hotel. We had dinner at their Terrazza 241, and had the most amazing experience. We will definitely return for a bit of a longer stay.

The hotel is modern and sleek. The rooftop restaurant has fantastic food. One of the best risotto we had during our trip!

Hotel was amazing. The only negative is extra charges to use the spa facilities: sauna, steam room..felt it was a bit crafty after paying a high premium per night.

Very beautiful location, centrally located in Como. Rooms are luxurious, and very clean. Service is exceptional, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Como.

The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

The concierge function at the property is non existent. They should just have a sign saying handle it yourself. We made to requests for two transport arrangements and both were failures to different degrees. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is very basic and service is again fairly poor. The pool and bar upstairs are probably the highlight of the hotel and are a nice feature and service was good. Overall not a five or four star hotel.
