The hotel is modern and sleek. The rooftop restaurant has fantastic food. One of the best risotto we had during our trip!

Perfect, rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, will go back!

Hotel was amazing. The only negative is extra charges to use the spa facilities: sauna, steam room..felt it was a bit crafty after paying a high premium per night.

Very beautiful location, centrally located in Como. Rooms are luxurious, and very clean. Service is exceptional, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Como.

The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

The concierge function at the property is non existent. They should just have a sign saying handle it yourself. We made to requests for two transport arrangements and both were failures to different degrees. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is very basic and service is again fairly poor. The pool and bar upstairs are probably the highlight of the hotel and are a nice feature and service was good. Overall not a five or four star hotel.

Amazing hotel and breathtaking views from the pool

The rooms were good, the hotel itself has a resort feel to it which makes it really nice. The restaurants on cite have good vibes (even though the food is not good). Overall, staying in Como this is not a bad spot.

Perfect place

Beautiful amenity, breakfast good but the pool area and view was outstanding. Love the DJ at night. Very nice staff. Great location, easy to walk every where. Will definitely back.

A five star experience at a four star hotel. Staff was execptional. Food was good. Hotel is recently renovated, so the rooms are clean and pleasant. Pool area is very well laid out with amazing views of Lake Como.
