It is situated in a great position for convenience and bus routes outside the hotel on both side the road and 2min walk from the Vatican and many restaurants are it too and the staff are friendly I live the decor (indian chief motorbike) in courtyard and the old fashioned American cash register and Vespa moped on the wall in the Zen room It’s creates a soft relaxing atmosphere and would recommend

They were doing massive demolition which has to be acknowledged during booking. It was not refundable and I had not choice but to throw away $1,200.00 USD and move to a new hotel. They would not issue a refund. ruined out trip to Rome.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, yet they claim they are a 4 star hotel. Not only is the room small, ugly, dark, smelly, and hot, but the reception guy didn't properly do his job. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would.

The air conditioner was broken...and the desk said all the rooms had bad AC....the roof top bar was under enovations....looked like it was bombed.....LOL it was a nice joint back in 1999 but no bidy has even changed the shower soap containers in the last 10 years. hard pass next time in Roma!

L'hotel deve essere completamente ristrutturato. Nell' ascensore c'è scritto di avere pazienza perché stanno ristrutturando, ma nel frattempo affittano le stanze ad un prezzo di un 4 stelle normale, mentre è cadente. Nell' hotel non c'è né bar né ristorante

*I know a lot of reviews of this hotel are glowing but I urge you to read the Google reviews to get a clearer picture. Had we had read them I don’t think we would have booked this hotel. * The best way I could describe this hotel is a hostel with private rooms. I have stayed in hostels around Europe with the same service for much less money. I honestly would say that this place isn’t worth 4 stars. We were told to move after our first night due to deep cleaning. And we were given a much worse room than that we had paid for. It’s important to note that we weren’t the only ones. The entire 2nd floor was emptied. When we asked if any other rooms were available, there wasn’t any and no compensation was offered. The air conditioning in the room was broken and made such a loud noise that you couldn’t sleep, the bathroom was tiny as was the room itself, and the double bed was just two mattresses with a sheet over it. Also in the bathroom they only give you three small sachets of soap and no shampoo etc were provided (again makes it feel like a hostel). Additionally, the pictures have clearly been taken with a wide angle lense as they are quite small in reality. If you want a great location and that’s all you care about this hotel is really good. But if you wanted a nice hotel “experience” you can get a lot better for your money. The staff were friendly but weren’t sympathetic to the issues that we brought to their attention.

We immediately requested to cancel our reservation but the hotel would not issue a refund even though we never stayed the night in the hotel as we immediately left to a new hotel. We were met by a nice guy at the reception. We came a bit early to check in, but the guy let us store our luggage. Our room was dark and not so cozy. We upgraded to suite for 100€. The room was bigger, but not cozy. Not worth 100€. We got clean towels every day and the room service made the room tidy every day. The receptionists were nice and helpfull.
