Orange Hotel

What kind of hotel DOES NOT provide hand soap for guests??? shampoo were in little hand out pockets. Cheapest hotel ever been to, for around 200eurors a night, have the decency to provide hand soap at least and proper shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Never again

The staff were exceptional.

Room are clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful! Air-conditioning is cold. There is a roof top restaurant and the cafe attached to the hotel serve excellent breakfast - Cornetto, maritozzo

I had the experience of being in another hotels in the area, but Orange was the best. I was surprised by how well maintained the building is. If I return to Rome I will definitely try to return to this hotel.

I booked this hotel for the elevator. I am a disabled person and the hotel lift from the ground to the main floor did not work the whole time. Also, the bathroom is very small and the bathtub was super high and nothing to hold. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, with friendly and efficient staff. Rooms all kept clean and tidy and overall a great visit. Downside would be small TV and the bar never seemed to be open.

The mattress was terrible. Springs were in you ribs all night. Could not sleep No tissues, no proper soaps nothing like in the pictures on line. Tried to collect twice the taxes and in Canadian dollars.

Soy un viajero experimentado por eso tengo varios puntos de comparación. Dicho esto este Hotel tiene una buena ubicación sin embargo las habitaciones son muy básicas, pequeñas, el aire acondicionado suena muchísimo. Y en mi caso la experiencia en general fue muy mala ya que se fue la electricidad por más de 2 horas y el banco de contadores estaba haciendo mucho ruido cómo si estuviera ocurriendo un fallo mayor. En ese momento temimos por nuestra seguridad y nos fuimos del hotel. En fin estuvimos menos de 3 horas y los gerenciales se negaron a devolvernos el dinero y lo peor fue que nos cobraron cómo si nos hubiéramos estado por las 4 noches. No les recomiendo el hotel a menos que quieran tener una de las peores experiencias de viaje en su vida.

A bit old, no hot water on one day. Shower very small. Got a room with tub but didn’t work. Says rooftop bar and it was closed. Great location to restaurants and Vatican

Honestly? They probably advertise the hotel as you see it, and have no plans to follow through. If all you literally want is a place to sleep, do it. Don't count on the amenities, or really anything besides your bed working. A/C? Non-working unit in room. Rooftop Bar? Sure, there is one. It won't be open though. Hot tub? YES! It's there with no water in it. Wi-Fi? Don't bet on it working. Don't plan on seeing the wine glasses from those advertisement photos in person ever. They've got two plastic rocks glasses it seemed like they shared between every room.

The hotel was okay for a short stay, but there were definitely some issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning also leaked whenever we set it below 22°C, which was frustrating because on hotter days we really needed the room cooler. On top of that, the walls/windows didn’t block much noise, so you could hear pretty much everything happening outside. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we appreciated. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, which is convenient. However, it feels a bit out of the way for most other attractions in Rome. Overall, it does the job if you just need somewhere to sleep, but it’s not somewhere I’d describe as particularly comfortable or great.

The room was basic, clean and ok. Location great for Vatican City but too far from all the other sites. Amenities advertised were false. We expected a rooftop hot tub which hasn’t operated since Covid! Rooftop bar was not open. Looking for a room near Vatican City, it’s good value.
