Fantastic location ad friendly, helpful staff

All’inizio pensavo fosse uno scherzo! Un Hotel classificato (e pagato) come 4 stelle, non ne vale mezza! La stanza è sporca, con i mobili rotti, le prese che non funzionano, la doccia imbarazzante. Nella prenotazione si parla di colazione disponibile e alla domanda dove sia la sala, mi viene risposto che non esiste nemmeno un bar. In stanza (e stiamo parlando di un Hotel 4 stelle!) neppure una bottiglietta d’acqua. Sono veramente basito di come un sito serio come Hotel.Com possa permettere una cosa del genere.

Nous avons été déçus de l’hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. En revanche le personnel de la réception a été particulièrement agréable. Nous lui décernons un ❤️.

The whole place IS neglected. Too much to mention. Except mobility people DONOT come here. Spanish Steps just to get to reception/checkin. They do have an elevator once you get up there. 2stars because staff. Good staff. Not enough to overcome the rest.

Old building but very near to Vatican

A estadia foi maravilhosa. O atendimento da equipe também, principalmente das pessoas que nos atenderam no dia 08/11/25 pela manhã (um angolano e uma jovem que estava iniciando sua carreira), extremamente atenciosos, educados, prestativos... o quarto estava impecável. Extremamente perto do Vaticano e do Museu. Recomendo e voltaria.

Prima hotel, prijs kwaliteit is goed. Je betaald niet de hoofdprijs en krijgt een goede kamer. Kleine details in de kamer kunnen wat netter of het kan een upgrade krijgen. Wel lekker bed en goed schoongemaakt en elke dag schoonmaak service. Er is geen ontbijt mogelijk maar er zit recht onder het hotel een geweldig ontbijt cafe

overall very walkable area and easy to find, rooms look a little bit old the wc in my room kept making a noise so i had to close the bathroom door to sleep.

This hotel was AWFUL nothing on the Expedia website was true. It was dirty there was NO restaurant, bar, blanket, soap, tissues, HOT WATER, the refrigerator was broken and no ice available. We spent 3 hrs of our day getting the shower, sink and refrigerator fixed. The pictures on the sight were all fake or out dated. The staff was nice but we could tell they were embarrassed, having to make excuses for everything. Shopping nearby was convenient because we had to go buy everything we needed. The only thing that worked was the WiFi…DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Made to change rooms after 1 night even though staying 2 nights. Ac blowing hot air in new room. Couldn’t fix had to change to another room. Requested twin beds changed to double bed not what I requested.

I know what you’re thinking, I’m mad because it wasn’t clean. But trust me this is a bad place period. Staff are useless and probably under payed, property simply needs a redo. Everything about this hotel or total crap. I’ve never been in such a dirty bad smelling bad functioning hotel. Take away the stars call it a hostel. At least then we can understand. Save the money, add a bit more stay somewhere else. Trust me you will regret being here.

Air conditioner not working had to change room. New room no working air conditioner told weekend staff no help. Asked for help from another staff and couldn’t fix it had to change rooms again. Area was decent, would not recommend this hotel

The room smelled likenpiss from the street on our first day. toilet needs refurbishing. The jacuzzi was full of moulds and when i tried to turn it on, bits of dirt came out of the water outlet. The metal part of the shower hose was detached, only being held by tape. The exhaust wasnt working, the light bulb inside the orange box on the mirror wasnt working. The remote of the aircon unit is broken, only being held by tape too.

Friendly staff and excellent location. Room was good for the price.

Loved it, room could be cleaner, but the staff was amazing.
