オレンジホテル

4つ星とは思えない狭さと古さ。 部屋は傾いておりビール瓶が勝手に動くほど。セキュリティボックスは固定されていないので持って行き放題。今時のヨーロッパには珍しくWifiは有料。エアコンはあまり使っていないのか、スイッチを入れると埃っぽく、また異臭がしたので、全く使い物にならなかった。 ただ朝食は贅沢ではないが、まあまあ美味しかった。あとスタッフは全員若かったが、気の良い人達ばかりだったので、そこはプラス評価。

まずまず良かったです。バチカンが近くて、朝の散歩が気持ちよかったです。 設備としては、シャンプーなどはありませんので、持参をお勧めします。

バチカン宮殿の近くで、オッタビアーノ駅からも近く立地的にはよいホテル。 ただ、前にパリでも感じたのですが、ヨーロッパの観光地のホテルは基本機能が低すぎる。 せめて日本のビジネスホテル程度の快適さがあれば、、、と思ってしまいました。 例えば、このホテルを選んだ理由の1つである「バスタブ」ですが、何と部屋の真ん中に カーテン等の間仕切りもなくポンと置かれている状態。しかも、お湯の温度が中途半端にぬるく 快適とはほど遠いといわざるを得ないものでした。 又今どきWi-FiやTV視聴が有料とか、何かいかがなものかと思ってしまいました。

ロケーションは抜群。 シングルの部屋に二人を押し込んだような部屋。極狭く、ベッドの周りをかろうじて一人が歩ける程度。トランクを開ける場所はベッドの上のみ。寝ると1つは机の上、もう一つは入口の小さなスペースに置くしかない。ドアを開けられないので、もし火事でも起きたら焼け死ぬこと請け合い。7時半からの朝食は時間が来ても用意が出来ていなくて、何も食べるものはない。机の上にあるジュースは半分水交じりで味も薄すぎて、水の方がまし。ようやく冷凍パンが出てきたら急いで温めたのかまっ黒焦げ。中でも焦げの少ないようなパンを我先に選んで食べる。パンを食べ終わる頃ようやくスクランブルエッグが出てきたが、全員に行き渡るほどの量もない。とにかくこんな最悪のホテルははじめて。

ヴァチカンを観光するには最適な立地だと思います。周辺には手ごろなお土産店やリストランテ、ジェラート店があります。また、他の場所と比較して、きれいで静かだったと思います。治安が悪いような感じでもありませんでした。朝食は軽食で、逆におなかがふくれ過ぎずよかったと思います。部屋もリフォーム後なのか、わりあい清潔です。従業員も親切です。ビジネスホテル＋αくらいの感じでしたらお勧めです。名前のとおり、オレンジを基調としていますので、オレンジが嫌いな方にはお勧めできません。テルミネや地下鉄が若干、遠いですが、タクシー主体でしたので気になりませんでした。

Loved it, room could be cleaner, but the staff was amazing.

La habitación vieja. El aire acondicionado muy viejo. Se sentía sucia. Los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo no servían, te daban bolsitas individuales. En general es DEPRIMENTE.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, yet they claim they are a 4 star hotel. Not only is the room small, ugly, dark, smelly, and hot, but the reception guy didn't properly do his job. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would.

Some staff was friendly, but some was not. Room was dirty, pictures misleading, no bar as advertised.

Hotel needs updated but overall the second shift staff was very helpful and accomodating.

hotellet er nedslidt. Dårlig vedligeholdt. Ved booking fremgår at morgen er incl. Restauranten var lukket! Vi fik en morgenmad på nærliggende restaurant. Resten for egen regning.

Det var smutsigt, smutsiga lakan, ingen tvål eller schampo. AC:n lät väldigt mycket. Inga glas på rummet. Lampor som inte fungerade.

The air conditioner was broken...and the desk said all the rooms had bad AC....the roof top bar was under enovations....looked like it was bombed.....LOL it was a nice joint back in 1999 but no bidy has even changed the shower soap containers in the last 10 years. hard pass next time in Roma!

Great Location near the Vatican

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is in a great location, minutes away from shopping, Vatican City and a metro station.

The structure the bedroom is terrible (the toilet, the shower and the lavatory are separete), didn't have tv (cable not working), internal phone doesn't have line (I needed down for any request), no space for to move

L'hotel deve essere completamente ristrutturato. Nell' ascensore c'è scritto di avere pazienza perché stanno ristrutturando, ma nel frattempo affittano le stanze ad un prezzo di un 4 stelle normale, mentre è cadente. Nell' hotel non c'è né bar né ristorante

*I know a lot of reviews of this hotel are glowing but I urge you to read the Google reviews to get a clearer picture. Had we had read them I don’t think we would have booked this hotel. * The best way I could describe this hotel is a hostel with private rooms. I have stayed in hostels around Europe with the same service for much less money. I honestly would say that this place isn’t worth 4 stars. We were told to move after our first night due to deep cleaning. And we were given a much worse room than that we had paid for. It’s important to note that we weren’t the only ones. The entire 2nd floor was emptied. When we asked if any other rooms were available, there wasn’t any and no compensation was offered. The air conditioning in the room was broken and made such a loud noise that you couldn’t sleep, the bathroom was tiny as was the room itself, and the double bed was just two mattresses with a sheet over it. Also in the bathroom they only give you three small sachets of soap and no shampoo etc were provided (again makes it feel like a hostel). Additionally, the pictures have clearly been taken with a wide angle lense as they are quite small in reality. If you want a great location and that’s all you care about this hotel is really good. But if you wanted a nice hotel “experience” you can get a lot better for your money. The staff were friendly but weren’t sympathetic to the issues that we brought to their attention.

We had an absolutely atrocious stay at this hotel. A loose tile by the tub cause me to roll my ankle that I had surgery 2 months earlier. We immediately requested to cancel our reservation but the hotel would not issue a refund even though we never stayed the night in the hotel as we immediately left to a new hotel.
