Our stay was fantastic, but with one caveat. The wait staff leaves much to be desired as far as being able to take and fulfill an order. Twice we had dinner at the hotel dining room and both times the wait staff made at least one error on the order and even forgot to place the order. And then once I ordered lunch at the beach and they didn’t bother to include utensils or napkins. Having said that, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Please be advised that at this soft opening stage, available facilities are the swimming pool, gym, game room, children’s playroom, spa villas, pool bar and Misto all-day dining. Suites and function rooms are still being completed and we shall announce their availability as soon as they are ready for our guests’ use. Rest assured that the resort will take all necessary measures to ensure minimal disruptions. AirSwift offers direct flights four times daily between Manila and El Nido. Travel time is approximately 55-minutes using a 48-seater ATR aircraft. Flights departs from the Manila Domestic Airport Terminal 4, Andrews Avenue, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila. Please visit the Airswift website for bookings. Seda Lio provides complimentary airport shuttle from/to El Nido airport which is 5 minutes away from the resort. Arrival and departure transfers can be arranged through the resort's Reservations Office.

Each guest has to submit a copy of ID to the hotel's reservation team thru email: lio@sedahotels.com Guests have to undergo a swab test 48 hours prior arrival and must obtain a QR-coded tourist ID from https://guest.elnidotourism.ph/ as required by El Nido Tourism Office. Children and senior citizens are allowed; exceptions are individuals with pre-existing health risks or comorbidities (hypertension, diabetes, cancer, serious heart condition, chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, and/or pregnancy). Operations follow community quarantine guidelines and local government regulations.

Great location near the airport and beach. Rooms were nice and clean. Nice pool and outdoor bar and restaurant. My only disappointment was the quality and taste of the food. Not up to par from prior experiences at other Seda hotels in the Philippines.

We enjoyed our staying at Seda overall. We enjoyed very much the breakfast buffet offered every day and the kindness of the staff. We found our room always clean and impeccable with new towels. The beach is small but cozy and for the most part always available and never crowded. The only disappointing thing was the Wi-Fi connection that it seems to work better outside than inside the rooms. Cellphone signal is strong in that area so we had a viable alternative.

It is a beautiful facility it just needs to have more more restaurants more water activities and better tour operators.the facility is half an hour away from the center of town so it is kind of isolated it will be great if they had a shuttle and they have one but only for the city of lio

We had a great time at Seda Lio! We felt welcomed since the moment we arrived in the resort. The staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Our room was impeccable every day. Queene and Jewel were our waitresses the majority of the time and they went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Seda Lio is the best resort in the area with a private beach. You will fine everything you need here. There are really good restaurants about five minutes away if you don’t want to eat in the resort everyday. Thanks Seda Lio for made us feel at home 😊

This hotel property is beautiful and surrounded by lush green forest and has it's own private beach. The pool is huge and maintained well, plus the free beach activities is a plus. It felt like I was in one of the top grade resorts in Hawaii and loved it.
The only downside is the bugs and moths that is plentiful in the hallways of the hotel, but that's to be expected since it is a tropical oasis. Overall, I loved the peace, quiet, and privacy of this resort and highly recommend it.

Beautiful resort on the beach with many food options, activities, pool, and white sand beach. It feels safe and creates a peaceful vacation space. It is a 10-15 min drive out of El Nido proper, but the facilitate vans or tricycles back to town.
