Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort

Very nice resort with very friendly staff, own beach and huge pools. Being self contained hotel meal prices are a little on the high side with small portions sizes. Hotel has easy access to all the sites via taxi or grab. Try to book a ocean view room you won't be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the employees I came in contact with were all friendly, love their job and excellent in their customer service. I travel a lot and saw all kinds of customer service that hotel employees had given me, the employees at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort displayed one of the few excellent customer service I've experienced. Excellent job everyone! Thank you and I'll be back.

건기때라 그런지 1박 비용은 제법 가격이 있었는데 그만한 가치가 있었어요

スタッフの方が親切で、朝食バイキングが種類豊富で良かったです。 施設内で、卓球＆バトミントン、ジムなどもあるので1日ホテルステイも楽しめます。 海も綺麗で、プールもいくつかあるので行き来しながら入れます。 施設まわりは歩いてどこかに行ける感じではないので車必須です。 セブの街中に行くのも車で約50分かかるので 市内観光中心の方にはおすすめできません。 ホテルステイを楽しみたい方には申し分ないホテルでおすすめです。

The Sheraton resort is magnificent. Beautiful, recently built with very nice amenities and modern structures. The food is also first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

the beach is bad,uneven and sand is not fine hurts my feet.Photogenic overall but property is too steep for adults and children but hospitality and people are so warm

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal hervorragend, freundlich, hilfsbereit, „man“ ist Gast und willkommen. Preis hoch, aber Leistungen stimmen überall. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, Lage leider ziemlich abgelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Like I do every year, I spent a few days at a Marriott hotel somewhere in the world — wherever my business trips take me — to celebrate my birthday with friends or family. This year, I was excited for my first birthday stay at a Marriott property in the Philippines, and I even coordinated with the hotel staff beforehand. But sadly, unlike my past birthday stays, there was no special effort or gesture to make it memorable. It ended up being just a forgetable stay, with nothing that stood out. It was completely opposite experience to my stay at a Marriott property in Thailand the very next day — they completely exceeded my expectations, with birthday cake, decorations, and drinks waiting in my room, just like my amazing experience in Beijing last year. Honestly, I can’t help but compare it overseas and just but feel a bit disappointed that this how it goes in Sheraton in my own country. That said, I really appreciated the restaurant staff member during dinner — he was wonderful with my niece and made her so happy. That small moment was a bright spot in an otherwise forgettable stay.

Our stay was really relaxing, the staff were friendly and facility at the resort was excellent. We stayed in a Tower A room with ocean view, the view to the ocean and sunrise were beautiful. Shower and bathroom is great, but the air-con noise was really disruptive. We would switch it to low so it’s bearable but in the middle of the night it would switch back to high/auto and it’s very loud. I found myself waking up at 3am to switch it back to low. The bed style was soft, so that it’s comfy at first lay, but offer no support if you prefer firm bed. We tried the Saturday seafood dinner buffet but we enjoyed the weekend breakfast buffet cooking and offerings more than dinner. Also there’s more variety on weekend breakfast than weekday. Dip restaurant was excellent. Every single dishes we ordered treated and presented the ingredients really well. Highly recommend cocktails by the pool cave from Buhi. Grab transport can be difficult to get from the hotel but that ends up to be our preferred mode of transport as we paid almost 4 times more than actual fare to a taxi driver that the hotel ordered as he has ‘no change’. We wanted to stay thank you to the staff especially the weekend staff. We didn’t recognise any of the staff on our departure day so that was a bit sad. Overall we enjoyed Sheraton Mactan and would go back if we stay in the area again.

Très beau ressort mais pas beaucoup éloigné

Sheraton was a luxurious stay, great views, good food. However, I was quite disappointed with the pool, which was tight. Granted Pool A was closed and being renovated at the time. However, from the looks of it, it’s also a bit small and limited in size. With the sprawling grounds. I expected Sheraton to have allocated more space to nice pools.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. It’s my third time staying at Sheraton Mactan and won’t be the last .

Nosa suite junior era impecavel mas a comida do restaurante principal é muito ruim. Nada tem tempero ou sal. O hotel é muito bem administrado mas o restaurante precisa de um chefe internacional. A comida nao tem gosto de nada.
