Excellent facility with great and friendly staff. Lots of room to move around the resort with multiple pools and food/drink options. Lots of effort put into the activities by the staff.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem großen Komplex zu sein. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Personals sind unübertrefflich und man ist immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying.
Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. Big balcony which we booked as partial sea view we had an amazing sea view AND pool views. The pools were great from paddling and chilling to deep pools.
Food was lovely with a good selection.

We really enjoyed our stay here however for 25 year olds it’s not really near anything to go out in the evening unless you catch a taxi, the evening entertainment finished at 10pm and we are night owls. The buffet was good however not exceptional but everything else was perfect and overall a great holiday. Thank you!

The property its self was clean and most of the staff were very friendly. Some of the staff at the grab and go were a little off and one lady served us icecream wearing the same gloves she had just taken the bins out with. The hotel is right under the flight path but flights are only, really in the day time. The beach isn’t a beach. It’s the edge of land covered in rocks with a bag of sand tipped on the edge of the promenade. There is a couple of shops a few mins walk but apart from that the location is far from all the tourist attractions. The tour rep was away when we were there so we spent €180 to get to the volcano and back. Reception staff couldn’t help with trips. Buffet was fine other restaurants were NOT included in all inclusive, neither were some drinks. On the whole we had a nice time. Not sure it was 5* maybe for the Royal level guests it was but as we were just regular we didn’t get the special treatment.

Wir hatten zuerst Bedenken betreffend der Nähe zum Flughafen und dem Lärm aber die Flugzeuge hat man nach 10 Minuten kaum mehr wahrgenommen. Personal war toll. Zimmer fanden wir sehr gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Es war sauber. Essen war 8/10 man hat sich immer etwas Leckeres gefunden. Die vielen Pools sind sehr schön gewesen.

Nowhere close to being a 5 star hotel, closer to 3. Food is genuinely awful, the property has marks on walls all over the hotel, and bathrooms are dirty. If you just wanted to get wasted your whole stay it's probably fine but if not id go elsewhere

Gutes Hotel mit netten Personal, aber immer ein wenig zu laufen wegen der Größe des Hotels. Man sollte ein wenig Flug Lärm ertragen können, weil der Flughafen sehr nah ist. Hat mich aber eher weniger genervt. Der nächste gute Strand ist schon ein wenig zu laufen und in Hotel Umgebung gibt es viel Stein Küste. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen das Hotel mit schönen Pools, die teilweise beheizt sind 👍

The hotel is beautiful. It looks plain upon arrival but once you enter, it is.
The staff was so ridiculously nice. I want to live there.
The food was okay. Nothing special, but the staff, again was so wonderful, i did not care. We found enough to eat every meal. I higly recommend the animation staff was my favorite part. Such friendly people. The activities were so much fun. I will be back.sandwiches at the snack bar..

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne Umgebung. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns beim Check-in leider nicht allzu viel erklärt, wir mussten einiges selbst erfragen, zB wie man an die Strandhandtücher kommt. Leider gibt es keine Kaffeestation außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Pool Bars, wir wollten morgens einen Kaffee to go für unseren Spaziergang, war leider nicht möglich, da es beim Frühstück keine to go Becher gab. Auch ist das Angebot an Snacks teils sehr eingeschränkt (ausverkauft, Mitarbeiter überfordert). Aber alles in allem ein super schönes Hotel, auch die Cocktails sind sehr gut gewesen, ebenso das angebotene Essen.
