We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would gladly recommend this place to other families and consider staying again.

Overall for a 5 star resort and at the price that they charged, it was a bad experience. The property and rooms/suits are not maintained well. The staff at the reception were not welcoming. In fact, they were a bit rude too. Overall the worst 5 star resort we have ever stayed at.

Positives. The rooms are nice and the hotel is kept clean. Negatives. They are unresponsive. I had no hot water in my room and they did nothing for 6 days despite raising the issue 4 times. Cold showers for £200 per night !!! The hotel is right next to an airport with about 8-10 planes an hournduring the day. Peace and quiet there is not Other. The food is okay. Its not great and not as good as you would get at other places of a similar price point.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Food in the Drago restaurant was excellent. I would definitely come back.

Easy to find. Good parking capacity in garage underneath the hotel. Very good reception from very nice staff and generally very good service. Rooms were space ours enough and we found the beds very good. Quiet surroundings and no problems with flight traffic from the airport nearby. We had a buffet dinner and a buffet breakfast, both absolutely fulfilling culinary expectations in a nice setting. They charged €10 per hour for late check-out which we weren't too happy with but otherwise we were very content and could definately visualize another stay.

The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm.

Pool gets very busy, besides that it was lovely!

Das Hotel ist toll aufgebaut und sticht durch ihr schönes Ambiente der Buffet-Räume sowie die tolle Küche heraus!!! Einzig die Umgebung ist nicht so schön,ein Strandzugang ist nicht vorhanden aber nahe zum Flughafen.

Has good numbers of pool but it was far from good tourist area for water activity
