The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm.

Das Hotel ist toll aufgebaut und sticht durch ihr schönes Ambiente der Buffet-Räume sowie die tolle Küche heraus!!! Einzig die Umgebung ist nicht so schön,ein Strandzugang ist nicht vorhanden aber nahe zum Flughafen.

What a fantastic hotel!! Several pools to cool down in, and very nice breakfast and lunch buffet. Large rooms that give a luxurious impression. Recommended.

adult pool, quiet in rooms, yummy food, night food, nice staff, remembered us, pillow options, bed, shower, few bugs, hike, walking to ocean, clean, close to airport. We didn't need one, but we found out that there was no nurse or doctor on the property. It's nice when there is one.

Wir haben 8 Nächte im Barcelo Teneriffe und waren anfangs absolut begeistert, was sich aber von Tag zu Tag geändert hat. Positiv waren die verschiedenen Pools und die Anlage im allgemeinen. Die Gebäude und die Pflanzen wissen zu überzeugen und bilden ein angenehmes Flair, das nach Urlaub schreit. An sich sind die Zimmer i.O aber definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert. Das Bad ist verlebt und die Betren waren auf Rollen und konnten nicht richtig festgestellt werden. Hier erwarten ich in einem Hotel ein richtiges Bett. Der Service war sehr kalt und das Personal auch nicht besonders freundlich. Beim Essen wurde mehrmals unser Tisch an an jemand anderes vergeben, obwohl wir nur uns etwas zu Essen holen waren. Die Rezeption hat uns bei der Ankunft abgefertigt und keine Infos gegeben. Es kam auch keine Nachfrage ob wir eine angenehme Anreise hatten o.ä. Bei der Nachfrage nach einem Late-Check-Out wurde ich auf den Abreisetag vertröstet und sollte mich morgens bei der Rezeption melden. Oh Wunder, es war natürlich nicht möglich und trotz vorheriger Zusicherung mussten wir die Bändchen abgeben und konnten nicht noch etwas Trinken oder Essen, dies wäre auch nicht mit einer Bezahlung gegangen obwohl wir mitbekommen haben, das das bei anderen Gästen möglich war. Die Animation war gut, wobei uns die abendlichen Shows nicht überzeugt haben. Höchstens auf dem Niveau eines 3 Sterne-Hotels und vor allem der Service ist schlecht bzw. nicht vorhanden. Der Preis ist m. M. Nach nicht gerechtfertigt.

Special thanks to the entire staff for their responsiveness and kindness during the stay. I also appreciated the walking/running trail for my morning runs. There is something for everyone at the resort.

The hotel was clean and check-in was smooth. We arrived early and could leave our luggage while enjoying the pool. Food is mainly one buffet with discounts at the other two restaurants, and while bars/snack options were good, for the “all-inclusive” price it didn’t feel worth it. Luckily, the nearby town is walkable if you want additional dining options. Pool chairs were reserved early despite supposed restrictions, and there’s no real beach access just a rocky cliff (beautiful views). Close to the airport (planes didn’t bother us), but taxis are limited. Overall fine, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado. Personal, instalaciones, servicios… todo increíble. Podríamos no haber salido del hotel. No necesitas nada más. Increíbles piscinas, comodidades, bares en la piscina, buen buffet, todo el servicio súper amable. Para quedarse a vivir allí
