Hôtel très bien mais les avions passent au dessus au moment de l atterrissage.

We had a lovely 6 day stay in July… close to the airport with free parking, several nice pools and excellent food with great variety at buffet! Heated pool didn’t feel very heated but it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. Parking gets busy but there’s free parking on the adjacent street so it wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My partner has a nut allergy and Sergio in the main Drago restaurant went above and beyond to assist him with ensuring he could enjoy the full variety of options in the buffet safely - aside from this, his service was also exceptional and we loved seeing his smiley face at mealtimes!

Das Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient! Eher ein 3 Sterne Plus. Die Hotelzimmer müssen General-Renoviert werden, die Armaturen im Badezimmer fallen demnächst auseinander, die Beleuchtungen an der Wand fallen demnächst auseinander, ein Kurzschluss ist vorprogrammiert. Für warmes Wasser zu bekommen, musste ich über 10 Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen!!! Wer braucht schon ein Telefon auf dem WC? Das ist das dümmste wo ich je in einem Hotelzimmer vorgefunden habe. Die Betten sind auf Rollen und lassen sich nicht feststellen, man wandert mit dem Bett unweigerlich im Raum herum, so etwas suche ich ich nicht bei einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Die Musik im Speisesaal ist schrecklich nervig, ausser man liebt Free-Jazz!!!! Das Essen hat mich nicht überzeugt, da erwarte ich mehr von einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Zweiklassensystem (All inklusive und Alll-Inklusive Royal) würde ich aufheben. Das Personal vom Hotel sind sehr zuvorkommend, jedoch nervt es die Gäste, das dreckige Geschirr, auf jahren nicht gereinigten, dreckigen Wagen, im Speisesaal herumzukurven, unappetitlich!!! Fazit: Das Hotel ist schlicht zu teuer, die Mängel des Hotels überwiegen zu einer schlechten Bewertung. Dieses Hotel werde ich niemals wieder buchen!!! Sie sollten das aus ihrem Katalog streichen!!

My stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff was not only professional, but also genuinely warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness truly made a difference and created such a positive atmosphere throughout my stay. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. The room was cozy and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing time. The location was also ideal – peaceful, yet close enough to everything I wanted to explore. Every morning I woke up feeling refreshed and looked forward to the day ahead. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was giving great local tips, helping with directions, or just sharing a warm smile, they truly made my stay unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay.

We arrived late and had already decided to upgrade to Royal Level, which late at night proved a little troublesome. We tried again in the morning and after a small discussion with reception decided to stay in Deluxe Room (which was great) and just upgraded to the RL service which we thought was well worth it. The hotel did not feel overcrowded as there is plenty of space around the 5 pools. The food in the buffet was very good with a very large selection however we did feel the Al a carte in the RL could have been a bit more special as some of the food was very dry from being left under the heat lamps. The sushi was great and the Breeze bar menu very good. Included as part of RL. Loved the B Lounge for a night cap. Entertainment was OK. Holiday rep standard.

All good with exception of the AC. They set the AC with like a “blocker” and we couldn’t set it lower than 24C. My opinion is that the room temperature must be set by the client, not the Hotel. I even requested to lower a bit, and they told me that 24C was the lowest we can have it. I disagree with this “policy” since I’m the opinion that if we as clients paid for a 5 * Service, we should get one, and sleeping comfortable is a must in any hotel. For this only reason I’m not giving an Excellent review, just a Very Good one.

Super Aktivitäten wie Glass Jewelry workshop, wine&chocolate, Barraquito oder Canarian Liquors! Essen war bestens, saubere Einrichtung, freundliches Personal. Kleines Highlight: die Flugzeuge kann man beim Landeanflug beobachten

Best hotel we have ever stayed in

Das Essen ist richtig gut und das Personal ziemlich nett

We really enjoyed our stay here however for 25 year olds it’s not really near anything to go out in the evening unless you catch a taxi, the evening entertainment finished at 10pm and we are night owls. The buffet was good however not exceptional but everything else was perfect and overall a great holiday. Thank you!

Excellent facility with great and friendly staff. Lots of room to move around the resort with multiple pools and food/drink options. Lots of effort put into the activities by the staff.

The property its self was clean and most of the staff were very friendly. Some of the staff at the grab and go were a little off and one lady served us icecream wearing the same gloves she had just taken the bins out with. The hotel is right under the flight path but flights are only, really in the day time. The beach isn’t a beach. It’s the edge of land covered in rocks with a bag of sand tipped on the edge of the promenade. There is a couple of shops a few mins walk but apart from that the location is far from all the tourist attractions. The tour rep was away when we were there so we spent €180 to get to the volcano and back. Reception staff couldn’t help with trips. Buffet was fine other restaurants were NOT included in all inclusive, neither were some drinks. On the whole we had a nice time. Not sure it was 5* maybe for the Royal level guests it was but as we were just regular we didn’t get the special treatment.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem großen Komplex zu sein. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Personals sind unübertrefflich und man ist immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying. Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. Big balcony which we booked as partial sea view we had an amazing sea view AND pool views. The pools were great from paddling and chilling to deep pools. Food was lovely with a good selection.
