ホテル自体は最高のホテル。食事も三食美味しく、スタッフも英語ある程度使えれば問題なし。ロビーやプールサイドにバーがあり、ドンペリなど一部を除けば何杯でも無料。部屋のバルコニーからの景色もオーシャンビューで喫煙者は部屋の中はダメですがバルコニーや屋外で喫煙可です。なぜ星を一つ減らしたかというと、部屋の中でも最高なら部屋でゆっくりしたいのに部屋の掃除が毎日違う時間にされ、備品も全て補充されないことです。大体の時間などではなく、朝の8時にされることもあれば夕方の17時にされることもあります。欧米人はプールサイドで朝から一日中直射日光浴びていますが、私は天気がいいのは嬉しいけれど部屋でゆっくりしたかったのでそれが難点でした。掃除自体は30分ほどでバーなどに一時間くらいいればいいのですが、部屋でゆっくりしたい方は注意です。

街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。

A pleasant place, with friendly staff and good-quality food, that is let down by the truly desperate physical condition of some of the rooms. The grouting in the bathroom of the room we were initially given was black and ugly, and there were cracks where the sealant was coming away from the bath. We rejected it as unacceptable and were shown two further rooms that were far from pristine but not nearly as bad. How this place can be rated as five stars beats me. There are signs of underinvestment in maintenance all around the place, with crumbling and cracked paving etc. The state of the bathroom in the room we were allocated would disgrace a one-star hotel in most countries I’ve visited. Does the Tenerife tourism board not care about its reputation as a luxury destination? When was the last time it inspected Barcelo? There are plenty of facilities (seven swimming pools for example) and activities, with a stage and nightly discos and shows, if you like that kind of Butlins-type atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t go back - this looks to me like a place that has been on a path of slow decline for some time. In the end, the (mostly) good service can’t make up for the lack of spending to keep the property in a condition that justifies its star rating.

Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at the lovely Barceló Tenerife, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we upgraded to Royal Level, which was absolutely worth it — the food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday (most of my photos ended up being of the food!). The hotel itself was spotless throughout, with a great selection of high-quality drinks. Its location is also ideal — within walking distance to local bars and shops, and only around a 10-minute drive from the airport, making transfers quick and easy. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive — a real credit to the hotel. There’s also a wide range of activities available for all ages, making it a great choice whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family. I really enjoyed the candle making

Bubbelbad - verwacht niet veel van . Het werkt niet zoals zou mogen zijn . Kamer is verouderd , oude stoel etc warm eten savonds was heel teleurstellend - weinig keuze , altijd hetzelfde groenten , vis te hard gebakken of te weinig ( rauw gekregen ) . Zwakjes voor deze prijs

There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons include: the hotel claims 7 swimming pools, but 4 are maybe 2 inches deep, and only 1 pool is heated so the other 6 are unusable. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Everything seems to be an inconvenience to them. Drinks are slammed in front of you, you’ll have to wait 20mins to be served. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok, nothing spectacular. There were few occasions however we were given dirty cutlery and cups with lipstick on. Room amenities were not great. In 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked, the baths were broken, one of which would only work while the shower was running. Vegetarian options are seriously lacking at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Night time entertainment is decent, however extremely cold in the off season with no indoor alternative options. The “Spa” was also no spa at all. Our group paid €105 for a private jacuzzi, which turned out to be just a bath tub. It should have been clearly labelled on the booking as a jacuzzi bath.

excellent room, good facilities and a nice walk to a shopping area. Food a bit same ild same ild but plenty of it. seven pools, one heated which was busy, otherwise lots of space as not school holidays

Lovely place. Nice and clean. A very short stay for me but I was disappointed with room service and very limited gluten free options. The staff member seemed quite annoyed that their app to Order wasn’t working and that I was asking for gluten free options and advice on the phone…..

Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good.

Great stay at the facility. The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff. Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring.
